  1. I wonder how long they'll stay good if frozen. I may take out a loan.
  2. In my search for the elusive McRib, I found this site: McRib Locator "The McRib is expected to return to the McDonald's menu on Nov. 2, but will only be available for about six weeks" < from another website
  3. If this is about the money you owe me, I told you not to worry about it.
  4. We have a new type of speed control device in our neighborhood. It's a real innovative device that will slow and/or disable any vehicle that crosses its path. It's the stealth model. It can not been seen by 99% of vehicle operators until they are upon it and have no time to avoid it. That percentage rises to 100% after a decent rain when it is filled with water. And yes, I've completed the appropriate form through the DOT website to request repairs. TIC-TOC-TIC-TOC..... If all else fails, I have a couple of bags of Quikrete on standby.
  5. I just don't have a bunch to say. I'm working on a 25 hour day that won't end until 0600. But...something interesting may get my attention.
  6. That he had a pending case in another jurisdiction that he made bond on. The court date comes up and the other jurisdiction is notified that he's in another jail. The judge signs a production order and they "borrow" him for court, then send him back to Fayette County. I obviously have no idea if that's the case, but it could be. BUT, if you know of any previous and pending cases, that may be where he is right now.
  7. So that cartoon that shows Bugs Bunny jumping out of a free falling elevator at the last second isn't true!? I'm always the last to know.
  8. If the "real serious" crime you are talking about would have held him in custody until trial in Fayette County, it could be that he is on "loan out" to another jurisdiction for court. It may very well be that he will be returned to Fayette County at some point in the near future. I suggest you check back with the them in a week. You never know.
  9. Isn't that the red headed dude that looks like he's eating up all his practice's profits? You'd think he could hire a decent spokes person for his commericals. I wouldn't hire that ball of fire to prepare a power of attorney for me, let alone represent me against the IRS.
  10. I wouldn't let my dinner get cold waiting on that.
  11. As my daughter said, it is THE High School. I wouldn't change it.
  12. Nice to see someone with a little common sense chime in.
  13. After reading your post I download Ghost Radar for fun. Pretty wild I must say.
  14. I tremble as I type. It wouldn't be the first frivolous law suit I've been named in and it certainly won't be the last. But I appreciate the warning.
  15. Well, we'll see if they lock him up, won't we? I never said I agreed with him, just offered how I would handle it. And I WILL excuse any employee from my shift meeting if they elect not to participate in the pledge. I guess I'll be locked up next. I won't have to walk very far.
  16. That's why I just quit my job and am charging my credit cards to the limit.
  17. You go ahead and dictate what the judge can and can not do the next time you are in a court room and let us know how that works out for you.
  18. No. that's way I said the LAST time will be 12-12-12.
  19. That's all well and good. I just posted what I would have done and I'd love to see case law in which a circumstance such as that has been successfully challanged and won. It was a stupid thing for the judge to do...obviously. But then again, there are some really ignorant judges on the bench these days...all the way to the top. We have to remind ourselves, most all are attorneys. That explains a lot.
  20. And it's the judge's perogative to excuse him from the court room and it is not a violation of his rights. He can remain silent in the hallway.
  21. Just thought I'd be the first to post it. I guess the last time we'll be seeing this type of date will be 12-12-12.
