It's interesting to see this topic this morning. I had planned on checking the web for the Flip recorder. I could really use one for work, but now I hesitate a little due to some of these posts. I would need to download the video onto DVD, but if that doesn't work I'll have to consider something else. I asked DW to get me one for Christmas, but she said she don't give a Flip. I told her I wasn't surprised.

Not yet, but I've been checking for and adding apps every chance I get. The "Barcode Scanner" is WAY COOL! It will identify the product and search the web for the best prices.

How 'bout just plain old "TEN". People used to say, "Back in 98" they did so and so... I wonder what year it will have to be before people feel comfortable just referring to a two digit year. It does sound kind of odd to say, "I just bought a TEN Camaro"...

I don't doubt that's accurate, but remember how the phone companies used to compete for business and they used the same equipment? The gas providers did the same thing. I just don't know enough about that issue to know all the ins and outs, but you'd think it could work the same. Until then, Comcast will only compete with the wireless services I suppose. Someone needs to build a better mouse trap and I wish I knew how...

We're doing "okay" with Comcast, but more competition would be good for everyone. As some have already mentioned, my DTV went out FAR MORE frequently than Comcast has. And it didn't take anything more than a stiff breeze when I had DTV.

No joke....I told my DD's boyfriend to put the drinks in the garage fridge the other night, otherwise they would FREEZE. Now that's TOO DARN COLD for Georgia!

We had planned to go, but also waited too late. We went 2 years in a row and it was a BLAST. I just hate fighting the traffic out. It will be on SPEED at 7 or 8 PM on Saturday I believe. The first year we had the early tickets and went down to the floor and saw the trucks up close. It was worth the trip.

I fully understand. I just wanted to be a blessing today and offer.

I've seriously been thinking about switching back to Spike, but you can use him for a while if you like. He really needs a home.
