I certainly can't speak for the City of Atlanta, but the numbers are not only kept, but reported on an annual basis. I go to the American Body Works on Whitlock, but just because it's close to work. I know there is one down Hwy 278, but I've not been inside. The one I go to is pretty nice. I can't really guess about the fee because mine hasn't changed in 15 years. One thing I do know is the Hiram Workout Anytime contract was a ROYAL PAIN to cancel when the term was up. I just went there for a while when my shift changed and it was more convenient to go somewhere closer to home. Good luck....I know I wasn't much help.
