A ten-day-old baby girl died after being placed in a washing machine as it went through an entire spin cycle. The newborn's mother Lyndsey Fiddler put her daughter into the washing machine along with a pile of laundry. A "Landlord" can NOT make you pay for "normal wear and tear" of a rental home/mobile home/duplex or anything. That is part of the expenses of having a rental property. Did they not do a "walk through" upon moving into the rental property? This should always be done AND one upon vacating the premises. This should be done with the landlord and it should be videod (sp?) if at all possible. Most cell phones have this capability now-a-days. What kind of damages are they claiming was done?

I have asked this of many people and they say, "I was raised here", or "I don't want to leave my family" or they come up with some excuse. I try to tell them that Cobb has a lot to offer them and they just say "NO Thanks"!!! You can lead a horse to water but, you CAN'T make them drink!!

All the shows I really liked has either been taken off the air or will be in the near future. So, I just quit watching that channel. I don't care for this show that much but, then again, I'm sick of all the reality shows, too. Not too much else to choose from.

We were listening to the scanner but, not at that time. However, not too long before we went to bed, (which was about 3) hubby was asking me where was John Ward Rd. I didn't realize it was pertaining to a fatal accident. Prayers for all!!!

We use to go see the fireworks at Cobb Civic Center (I think it was called that, way back then, 67-71?), also. My Dad would park across from the Lockheed parking lot entrance and we'd watch from there, at the fireworks below. It was amazing.

There is a bon Fire on Holly Springs Rd and an Illegal burn on Hulio (sp?) Rd. This is a perfect example as to WHY, fire works are NOT allowed in Georgia. Pine Shadows fire is almost out, we are just mopping up, they said. 1:18 am
