DO you have an HOA? have you tried talking to the newbies to see if there is anything they can do about their dogs? Doesn't PC have a noise ordinance after 10 or 11 pm? BUt I would try talking to the new neighbors 1st

I am so glad I moved in August... I have always taken my DD to school but can't always be there to pick her up on the afternoon. If they want the kids to walk then I think they need side walks and crossing guards because even on Winn rd(sphs) there is parts where there is no shoulder or big drop offs within the no bus zone.
