Housing prices will probably be higher in N. Paulding, but the home values haven't dropped here nearly as much, either. One major factor which may influence your decision - where will you and/or husband be working? If you're working downtown Atlanta or near the airport, S. Paulding would be better. If you're working in Cobb or around the top-end perimeter area, N. Paulding would be better. Traffic is a bear here, so that will definitely play into your decision. True.
