I think your anger should be directed at the campus police and the two other guys. They dropped the ball. Appears to me that Paterno did what was necessary. Even the law only asks for them to report it. It was done. Sounds to me you have a personal vendetta against Paterno. Where's your outrage against everyone else?

I agree. What was Paterno to do? Set up his own investigation? He reported it and allowed the proper authorities to do what was needed. Ethically? Maybe something different but hindsight can't be used against him either. I am still indifferent on a couple issues but right now, but firing the guy? Come on. If it turns out to be bigger than we understand now, then act appropriately.

Usually it isn't just 2 seconds. I will only do that if nobody is behind the turning vehicle. I'm not an advocate of passing on the right but that just might be one of my exceptions. If you end up in the gore here to pass the turning vehicle, then you are definitely shouldn't be doing it. That gore is 150 feet up the road AND you shouldn't be meeting any turning traffic into that subdivision because you can't/shouldn't be turning left there anyway. That entrance doesn't allow it. That's the only reason why this is my exception.

I don't watch much either. If I do, it is Fox. Shep gives the news about as good as anyone. In a week, I probably don't watch 2 hours of news.

I don't understand the hatred. It's the only time of the year you get a do over. If you mess up in that hour, you get a chance to live life again and correct the problem. Sure wish I had that hour back on April 11, 1990.

Most people that don't like Fox as a news source can't comprehend the difference between the news and opinion tv. Fox News is probably the best on TV while their opinion shows are at the discretion of the viewer.
