Interesting story regarding just that. At my last job, I had a coworker that decided to put in her two weeks notice, for personal reasons. Anyway, after she did that one of the supervisors went to her and told her there was no need for her to finish out her two weeks,if she no longer wanted to work there then she could just go. Not sure why the supervisor told her that,maybe he was bothered by it or felt threatened that she was quitting. Anyway, because he didn't let her finish out her two weeks, she was able to collect unemployment. Funny how things work out. I know that's not the

I can't wait, this will be my son's first Christmas he can actually enjoy (last year he was only 3 weeks old for his 1st Xmas). This is our first so me and DH are going to spoil him like crazy! Hope everyone is excited about getting in the Christmas spirit!!!

I also suggest Berry College, beautiful campus. It has some nice chapels, old buildings and even an old mill. Highly recommended!

I assume they're practicing at the airport for the big air show tomorrow. On the way home (278 westbound from 61), hubby and I could see large clouds of smoke and looping jet streams, most likely coming from the airport. We actually saw them in action, a tiny light in the sky doing loops and leaving a jet stream behind. Not sure why they would be doing it at night though.

This evening a little after 7 pm, me and DH were sitting in the drive thru at the taco bell at 61 and 278 in front of Kroger. A distance behind Chat Tech we saw huge clouds of smoke and some jet streams doing loops. Guess they were practicing for the big show tomorrow. Too bad we're gonna miss it as we'll be at a football game tomorrow.

This story just gets more confusing be the minute.

I like the idea that one person had about dressing up as a prisoner. Either an orange jump suit or black & white striped jump suit and get some handcuffs and only put on one wrist with the other one opened. That costume would be a clever idea for someone that works at a courthouse.
