Sounds like you guys had a good time! I'm glad it was a fun experience for you! Now it makes me want to book a cruise!

Yes I watched it the other night. I feel so sorry for the whales now after seeing that. And the trainers willingly put themselves in danger when they do shows, so I don't blame the whales. I've never been to Sea World before and I'm actually disappointed because now I'm pretty sure I will never go after seeing this.

I was at Kmart today and let me just say that I have never seen that many people in the parking lot or the store as I did today. It was like the day before Christmas Eve when everyone tries to do their last minute shopping. The signs in the store said "10-30% off entire store". But they had removed all sale prices storewide before these discounts so it wasn't really much of a deal anyway. I heard a lady that worked there say that the store was planning to close in January unless they were able to get rid of everything sooner. And that there would be more and more discounts as it got cl

So, who all if going to The Trick or Treat Village?
NinaBritt replied to mimosaflower's topic in RECENT TOPICS
The Trick or Treat Village was at Earl Duncan park, same place as the Paulding Meadows Festival. Although there were some trunk or treat events going on all over the county on that same day. -
Pretty cool. I'd like to know where this is before the zombie apocalypse starts.

Sorry for the loss of your friend. Prayers to you and the family.

Rumor of Extra Cops and Roadblocks This Weekend

We picked up something from Jim&Nicks tonight and saw two that had pulled someone over on the way there and then another one on our way back. This was within a 10 minute span. Both instances were on 278 in that stretch between 92 and where the Checkers/Ryan's is. Our thought was the same as Low's: gotta make quota!! -
Today at Earl Duncan park they had a Trick or Treat Village, where people with booths set up passed out candy to kids dressed in their Halloween costumes. But that not the same as going from door to door to people's houses asking for candy. Many places will have Halloween events going on around town before or after the day, but I only take my child door to door trick or treating on Halloween.

I too have Epilepsy and I take the generic form of Lamictal. Without health insurance just the generic is about $200 a month for me, so I can imagine the brand name being much more. Lamictal is one of the best medications for treating seizures, but tell him to talk to his neurologist and see if he can get him something that will work just as well and be less expensive. If he can't get his seizures under control he won't be able to drive and I'm sure that will make it very hard getting to and from work. This ACA crap seems to be screwing a lot of people and hurting more than helping. I

We will most likely be going with my sister and her kids. It is from 2-7 pm. http://accesspaulding.com/images/Trick_or_Treat_Village_2013_Flyer.pdf -
Some like it hot Bringing up Baby It's a Wonderful Life To Kill a Mockingbird A Little Princess (or really any Shirley Temple movie) My favorite representation of the great train robbery that Pubby mentions is the silent movie The General. Buster Keaton is so amusing! There are actually some more recent ones that some people may not think about when referring to old b&w movies. Schindler's List was in black and white as well as Young Frankenstein, which is one of my favorites.

Had no idea. I prefer the whistling version. Although it is nice to hear Andy singing.

It's like having a small horse in your house! RIP George. -
So cute! I love when he rolls himself up in the blanket at the end.

First time I took it it said Louisiana. Then I took it again slightly changing some answers and it said Vermont.

Oh that's okay, I didn't need that mascara! I have yet to experience this type of thing in my life, but for some reason as I read everyone's comments I find it very moving how much love and support you all had for your parents. It's so comforting to know that no one here took their parents love for granted. What a blessing it is! You are all in my thoughts and I hope that all will find peace and comfort as they celebrate the lives of their parents.

What I find interesting is that on her profile it says she's married, but I've yet to find one picture that has any "husband". Guess he's MIA. Big surprise.
