Last night I stretched, and my whole leg from the bottom of my foot all the way to the back of my knee locked up. I couldn't move it, and I cauld see every muscle in my leg. They appeared to be "stuck" in one position. I've heard them called Charlie Horses. I tried to stand up and fell, eventually it went away, with me almost in tears. Have you had one? & do you know what causes them?

I think being beautiful is a variety of things. The way a person carries themself is most important. IMO the way you present yourself is a big way to be beautiful. If you're positive, trying to look on the bright side, looking at your glass half full, not half empty, etc.. I think anyone who tries can be beautiful. Looks aren't everything to me. The attitude, personaliy, and compassion of a person pretty much sums up how I see beautiful. -Another one of my outlooks on beautiful is how one lives for God. It ties into my above statement. Living for God (imo) is how you care for your neighbor

Nothing here, in Yorkville...

It drives me absolutely insane to walk around and see guys(and girls)underwear, boxers, thongs, whatever they have on under their pants hanging out or showing. The reason they're called UNDERgarments is because they are supposed to be under your clothes. I think it can also make a person look trashy. If fining people is what it comes down to, so be it. Maybe people will learn their lesson and start using a belt the right way, or go buy pants that fit.

It's alright. I'm not going all the way down there to lose $20 waiting, than have to push my car home
