I certainly don't think we could do worse than Mid-America Airport and I suspect we would do much better. The reason is that St. Louis is not much of a hub whereas Atlanta is. From the consumer's point of view; if you flew into Mid-America airport, about the only place you can go from there is St. Louis... even if you drove the 50 miles to Lambert field. If you landed at SCF ... you'd be within 35 miles of HJIA ... and you'd still spend more time at HJIA getting to your plane than you would from SCF to HJIA (except between 7a and 10a MF). pubby
