I don't know if you were being tested but I know that you tested yourself and passed with flying colors. You have a great big heart and it is in the right place. You not only fed that man but you fed my heart also with this story.Folks this is what life is all about. You not only fed the man but the dog also knowing that neither had anything to return to you but their love. I bet you went home and slept like a baby with that great warm feeling of love inside. And you tell your dear husband not to get upset because he has a great wife. Bet it was the best ten dollars that you ever spent.

Folks please help the homeless and down trodden. My nephew told me one day that he was sitting in a resturant eating and a man walked in that was dirty and had long stringy hair and tatooes all over him . He said he noticed that all of the people that were eating stopped and were looking at him. He said they were whispering to each other and looking at the man like they were talking about the man and the way that he looked. He said I noticed one thing about the man that made him different than all of us. Said he was the only one [ including me] that bowed his head and gave thanks for his food.

Laurie sorry about your dog. We had three that we had to have put to sleep as they got so bad that we couldn't watch them suffer any longer. But I would wait until I was sure that she had about all she could take before doing this. We waited until they stopped eating and couldn't sleep and couldn't control their bowels and kidneys. Even then it was very hard to do I couldn't go back and watch the vet While he did it. But I did bring them home for a burial. God Bless.

The sounds that my wife makes when telling me to come out from under the bed.

We went to the Bluegrass show last night and had a great time but won't be going back today. So I have 4 tickets free to the first person that will pm me . This would be $60.00 worth of tickets. Went to the Bluegrass show and it was just great. All of the singers were very good and little Leroy really put on a show with Lizzy Long. The food was good as always. Leroy was on stage two times tonight because he won't be there tomorrow. Thanks to all at Raccoon Creek for all of the hard work to bring us joy and laughter in a world full of troubles and heart aches. Keep up the good work and may God Bless.

Folk this is the night for the Raccoon Creek Bluegrass. Like a little bit of heaven a jug of well water a lounge chair and bluegrass Gospel music. That great Bluegrass music ringing through the Braswell mountains will even make the squirrels get out of their beds. Just kidding folks. I know that the Paulding Meadows is this weekend but you can do both . Go to the bluegrass tonight and the other one tomorrow. Folks this is really a nice place to go with some of the best food anywhere. They have a place for the kids to play and swings for the grown-ups and plenty of seating under the shelter. Yo

I just don't understand how you can be at war with someone and worry about making them mad and hurting their feelings . If they get mad enough to burn our flag and attack us over this they are not our friends to start with. In Viet Nam we was told that we couldn't shoot at anyone untill they shot at us first. Does that sound like any way to fight a war. So we had to hope that they were a bad shot the first time. War doesn't make sense anyway. You are sent to kill someone that you don't know and that has never done anything personally to you. They are there for the same reason .Sent to kill us

But even in his word it tells us to be at peace with all men when possible. Some people don't want peace so they have to be dealt with in other ways.

Just saw on Fox 5 News where all City Council members water bills were less than $25.00 a month.Why do you think that is? Maybe they drank less water than we do. I think they should get in hot water over this. But you know that they will get away with it.

I agree with NavyEagle. If he really wanted peace with America he would move his building or have a meeting with the loved ones of 9/11 and come to an agreement of some kind that the building would be in honor of the lives that were lost. He is not worried about America he wants to please Islam. America is our country not Islam they should try to please America if they want to live here. In Rome do as the Romans do. In America do as the Americans do or get out. If we let Islam scare us now without even coming over here what can we expect when they do come.America needs to quit worrying about

I am watching this and it sounds to me like he is making a threat against us if we don't go along with him. I wouldn't care what Islam wanted or if they got mad . I wouldn't trust this man for anything. He blames us for the attack on the trade centers. Islam don't worry about making us mad by burning our flag and shouting hate to America. I would bring all of our troops home and line them up around America and tell Islam to bring it on.
