I am just wondering why he is being frisked in the first place if he was pulled over for a tag light. Seems to me that you would get a ticket not frisked.

I have to say that from the video it looks as though he kept his hand on this mans private area for quite some time.

it is a gun that shoots plastic bb like balls. It can really hurt when shot at close range. My son has 3 of them but is only allowed to shoot them at the target setup in the back yard. They can be purchased at any of the big retail store and online.

Well thankfully we got it off of the house without it peeling the paint, but it definatley was not what we wanted to spend our Sunday doing either. Something like this really pisses me off , we work hard for what we have and it is not ok for anyone to trash my property. Hopefully it will not happen again.

yes I have a 15 year old, she said she hasn't had any problems and is pretty much friends with all of the kids in the neighborhood. That was my first thought when I saw them.

Someone please tell me what these kids think is so funny about egging peoples houses! I woke up Sunday morning and went out on the front porch to drink my coffe only to find eggs all over my porch, on the roof, all over the front of my house and in the yard ! I do remember seeing 4 teenagers (or looked to be teenagers) standing on the corner at 2:30 in the morning smoking when I came home, I have recently seen new teenagers in the neighborhood but did not think anything about it since I was tired. I probably should have called the cops and now next time I will.

The cheapest I have seen is on Merchants Dr going towards the old courthouse, there is a little used cars place where the road bears to the left. I think thier sign says $18

No argument from me, I agree. I just saw your post about the shackles and re-read the story. As I stated above, I agree, I don't think she was treated any different than any other female in police custody.

you should go and re-read the story, there were shackles mentioned but she did not give birth with the shackles on. Afterwards, one of the deputies shackled her left foot and right hand to the hospital bed, something that the medical staff called a "barbaric" violation of medical standards, court records state. The shackles were finally removed before she delivered the baby.
