1.

Chit. I got four wheel drive and common sense. If it can be done, we are GOING.
 2.

I've been known to eat one or two. Lol. They are good for heartburn an hour later but tasty when they are fresh.
 3. Taquito and a Coke from Quick Trip. Ain't nuttin better.
 4.

She's always bitching. I feel sorry for Julie.
 5. Amazing how they made it all those centuries before human showed up. Baffles the mind actually.
 6.

Ah yes! The ubiquitous picture of the back deck.
 7.

Yeah, out of Texas. But I have four wheel drive AND. I know how to use it. Actually, we are just going to keep watch on the traffic cams and see what happens. I think the interstates will be ok. I'm not worried about getting into Maggie Valley, they are prepared for it and treat accordingly.
 8. I haven't cranked mine in over two years went out there this afternoon, turned the fuel on, choked it and she fired right up after 2 pulls. Runs like a top. Gotta love a Honda engine. Mine is a 5500 watt.
 9. Liquor store wasn't packed either. Just sayin....
 10.

I have an AWESOME tamale recipe. It has four hundred and eighty lebben ingredients and takes just about all day to make, but they are oh so good. Every thing is from scratch, even the sauce starts with steeping dries chilies for the sauce. http://www.finecooking.com/recipes/pork-tamales-double-chile-sauce.aspx?nterms=52390
 11. We have a well that we share with our neighbor. He has county water. For the most part we use the well but we do have the ability to do some valve switching and his county water will back feed to our house. We have only done this once in the 15 years I have lived there. We have never lost power long enough that it became a huge problem. We also have a generator that I can power the well with if needed.
 12.

Right!? People are so stupid.
 13.

You're toilet will be fine without power. We have 5 acres of flushable water behind the house.
 14. Crap. I'm gonna end up building one.
 15.

Yeah....I know. Humph!!
 16. I'm just worried about getting to Western North Carolina, Maggie Valley on Thursday. We have a cabin rented for Valentines weekend.
 17. We're good. We have a freezer full of leftovers. Vegetable burritos, Gumbo, Taco meat, etc. We also have plenty of uncooked pork chops, beef and chicken in the freezer all vacuum sealed so it will last for 6 months or more. Plus the pantry is full. We have a generator and enough fire wood. I can cook anything on the Big Green Egg, including bread. If we can't make it a few days on what we have something is seriously wrong. So basically we just need Crown Royal and Vodka.
 18. Two of the biggest, best got damn rib eyes we have had from West Metro in a long time. Cooked on the Big Green Egg of course.
 19.

Yep.
