Well I'm real glad you are not on the floor of the emergency room too. I'm guessing we would be in the pokey too. I guess because the car the teenagers were in pulled out onto the road that he was coming down and therefor he slammed into the backend of their car was a factor. But he was doing 90 mph at the time. I wish someone in authority would come out and explain this. In this climate of wondering if cops think they are above the law, I would think the GSP would be looking to explain.
