Hate to tell you but it used to be phone booths....remember when they had doors? I grew up around Subways......been going on a long, long time. They don't provide bathrooms.

I agree with all the comments. I just really want people to ask. When we went to buy a new couch, if the item we were interested in was not American made we passed. The concept that the names that have been around for a very long time are made in this country.....may not be true. Ask if you don't know. Everything needs balance and this concept is not exempt but for the past years American made was going down, down, down. It's turning around slowly, but it needs our support. Thanks guys. Glad to see some support it.

I hope that everyone understands that when you buy American, you are helping America.

Wow....so I guess they really do eat their young. So glad to see it. My two cents, and I'm fairly close here in Yorkville, I'm glad to see any possibility of improvement of property values out here. Seriously. If you fly a lot, and a large number have to, having an airport down the road is a big plus. My opinion, of course.

My point is you tend to hang your hat on opinion articles. Of course you don't confirm they are opinion pieces. Instead they are presented as gospel. Seems very misleading to me.

I remember I started a thread asking people/parents why they were not steering their children towards blue collar careers. Of course, it got twisted into arguments that had nothing to do with the original topic but from what I had been reading it sounded like there was better pay and benefits not to mention job security in the blue collar fields. These industries cannot fill the jobs because they don't have people that are trained in these fields. Heavy machinery was one industry that was really hurting.

My give a damn is broken on this one and most of you would define me as a leftie, liberal, etc. etc. Perhaps some of you are way uptight.

Like you BB, I have many, many years of business experience under my belt. My experience is that when there is an important business issue being discussed, there is a room full of people present. A room full of people.

Bb, with respect, I have to question your judgement when you promoted a "one on one" meeting with the commissioners. I have to agree with Tunda on this one. It becomes a he said she said argument, which of course, goes nowhere. Why would you promote this type of meeting? Surely, with all your business experience, you know better than that.

My take.....the Pope deserves this. For nothing else, for bringing the Catholic Church back together. In my mind, he is a true child of God.

According to this article, the organs are normally kept with the body. There is no mention of clipping of the fingernails. At least not in this article. http://listverse.com...s-of-embalming/ ETA, I understand that clipping of the fingernails is done when foul play is suspected. The medical examiner determined there was no foul play. Just another piece to this puzzle I guess.

There are implications in this case that would involve the school, sheriff, medical examiner, funeral home. Why in the world would all these entities be involved in a cover up? I don't blame the parents one bit. Their actions have brought the Feds into this case. I'll be very curious as to the outcome of an outside parties findings. Very, very curious case. His fingernails being cut to the quick when his family says that he always wore them long. Also, no clippings found at the murder scene.
