The headline to this thread is misleading. No decision has been made yet. I have to wonder about the intent of this thread.

No. I already asked once. If you are going to allow an untrained employee to talk to the customer there is a problem. No longer my problem due to Whole Foods having informed employees dealing with the public. This type of corporate mindset makes me crazy.
