    caller is bail bondsman - found 23 yom unconscious - suspected OD res 5, clark, SO 143,161 enroute bondsman from Carroll Cty showed up to arrest the guy 150 picking up call for 143

    PCFD Engine 7 took water damage as well and engine seized up - had to be towed in for repairs.

    the girl is a student at Cass - I guess that is why the car was in the area - forgot to add that portion from the GSP freqs, I believe they have the boy in custody

    teen, distraught over girlfriend breakup, took off with grandparents car and a gun officers found car in the area of Cass High School and a search is underway for the boy Bartow SO and GSP involved with search school is locked down at this time

    4 vehicles at 92 and county line are now being towed DOT there checking bridge - possibly okay after further checks

    Note that I have heard the SO stopping vehicles that are caught crossing barricades.
