That happens all the time when they dredge the canals in Florida. The Palm Beach canal had to be dredged a while back, and they found a few cars with people in them.

It ended up in the creek/ ditch. They are out there cleaning it up now. The kicker is one of the family asked my DH how much to make it better, right after it happened. Really?? In general I will send an email to two of DS teachers. Of course he is on an IEP, so I have one point of contact that is over (I feel that is the right term) the other teacher. Basically just making sure that the lead teacher knows that I sent the email, and will follow up with her if needed. Knowing how pre-teens can be I would follow up to make sure the note got delivered. BTW, pre-teens have not changed in a million years, some people just think their little angel is soooooo perfect. Whatever.

See my post #15 and #17. You are wanting the federal minimum wage to be increased. Therefore it will have an impact all over the place. Because if the federal wage is increased then it won't matter what the State wage is, as the companies will have to pay the federal minimum wage. Come on even my 8th grader can understand that. OK, I'm bored now. 40 of you answered the question. FF joints are starting points not permanent jobs. Only 2 of you applied/received gooberment help while you worked there. Only 1 said it was the family's main only source of income. So, basically $15.00 would be an entry level amount, and then the price will increase, and then the wages for other services/products will increase, then you the consumer will be bitching about the price for stuff again.
