Sorry I didn't make the topic title clear. I didn't want this to get lost in the next page. Any way I find the intentional harm done just because of a football rivalry very wrong.

Why don't we use what we have here? Why are we dependent on foreign oil? Are we hoping they will run out, and because we didn't use our own we will then be king of the hill? I do hope that you know that gas is not the only thing that is made from oil. You know things like your computer, the syringes that your doctor uses, clothing, furniture, household appliances, cars and such. Shall I go on?

US Militay: How They Encourage Happiness With Their Families

I would (just in case) talk with the recruiter. You know how kids are, they hear half of what is said, and then don't think about it afterwards. My older two always hated it when I made them think it through. I would get the roll eyes and the "oh mom, really?" I still have one at home, he will be hitting that teen stage before I know it. -

I totally agree. It does take two to make things work. We have also been at that brink. If you have done everything to make things work and they still don't there isn't much more you can do. For us I had to give DH an ultimatum. It worked. There is not a one size fits all answer to these things. Mainly the spouse must understand what s/he has gotten her/him self into and support h/er spouse. I guess because I don't take any crap, and I don't let people use whatever the latest excuse is as a crutch may be why my DH and DS get the help they need. Time is the only thing that helps PTSD. It ne -

If you are signing up for the Armed forces, NG or CG it is still the ARMED forces. I seriously doubt that the recruiters are telling the kids that they won't go to war. If they are then I would have to have a serious talk with them. Matter of fact my DS recruiter came to our home and talked with us about him going into the Marines. DS knew what he was getting into because DH was in the Army. -

If a spouse wants it to work they will insist that the service member get the help they need. Both parties have to decide that their marriage is worth saving. Thanks to the Vietnam vet PTSD is diagonised quicker and the therapies are much more readily available. There is no reason that a family should suffer because of PTSD the help is there. I should know, my husband has PTSD and we are going on 26 years. No, it has not always been easy, but it has been worth it. -

I heard/read a story years ago about a man who stopped at a tree in his yard everyday before he went into his home. He would stand there for a few moments talking to the tree and moving his hands as though he were removing his coat and scarf. Then hanging them on the tree. After this ritual he would go into his home to his family. One day his next door neighbor asked him why he stopped at the tree every day. The man replied that every day he left his worries from the day on the tree. Intending to pick them up the next day. Funny thing is that the worries were always gone. My point is t -
It was being shipped from the breeder. Personally I would never buy a pet, I would also NEVER have my pet placed in cargo. Especially with Delta. This was in the news, like 2 weeks ago, I think.

The kitten wasn't DOA. It was alive when the owners finally got it. They then rushed it to a vet where it wasn't able to be revived. I am sure there are creamation services in CT. don't have an answer for that one.

You might recognize some of these folks. Arkansas A group of Arkansas friends went deer hunting and paired off in twos for the day. That night, one of the hunters returned alone, staggering under the weight of an eight-point buck. "Where's Henry?" the others asked. "Henry had a stroke of some kind. He's a couple of miles back up the trail," the successful hunter replied. "You left Henry laying out there and carried the deer back?" they inquired. "A tough call," nodded the hunter. "But I figured no one is g
