I have tried Bill pay in the past (10+ years ago and not LGE) and I had problems with the money getting sent out and getting to the company to be paid late. I hear it is better now and others say 3 days early is all you need. Can any one tell me the scoop with LGE and how early do I need to pay the bill with bill pay to ensure the check or money gets to them on time? I have the normal ones that most people have. Ok, The thing to do is become a Credit card slug and not carry a balance. Play the game and use it to your advantage. I use my Racetrack card for everything and pay it off every payday. I get the credit card security features and get about $20 in gas coupon every month. I have a received about $1,100 in free gas (5yrs worth of use) and never paid them a interest. It is a game and I plan on winning it. Why pay interest? And yes if you budget yourself you can use a credit card like a check card. Play the game and do your best to win at it and not pay them interest.

The house is very well priced, but the agent is the pits and after I listed with her I found out others think she is a bad agent also. I think I might try again Monday to get with the company manger (if they answer the phone)..... This is very aggravating... Paying a mortgage, insurance and utilities and not getting much...

I am trying to sell my dads home in Tampa Florida and the agent is not returning emails and she is no longer on the companies web site. I sent and called the office, which has not returned my calls. Other then the site being up I don't even know if they are in business. I have not had an open house or one offer in 4 months and it is the busy season for Florida Is there a way to get out of the contract or am I stuck with them?

Just curious as to how many folks have lived at home (at working age) and helped out to cover the added expenses of them living their? i.e did you pay a gas bill, water bill or just give your parents some extra cash I know I did this as a kid and so did my brothers when they were working age and not moved out of the house yet. I have a BB Bold and for a phone and email it is great... Other then that it is useless for surfing for the most part and I guess I am missing the extra functions, but the Iphone and HTC look to fill in for what I am looking for the the BB lacks. I think I might find some time to go play with one for a bit. I think I would go with a refurbished and if I like it sell my Bold to off set the cost without extending my contract right now... I see the ATT reviews do give it a lot of good reviews after the last upgrade to the OS vice before the 6.5 version.... Still a bit skiddish on

Some of you are nuts, This kids did shoot arrows at a horse and I really think he is not much different then a hunter that shoots from their truck or car at night for deer. They are not the brightest people around. But to toss this kid away is nuts too. This kid did something down right stupid and not right. I voted for year round schools. it is best for everyone and the kids loss the least amount of information. We pay for kids to be in school no mater what, so if they started year round, kids will not forget as much and everyone benefits. Plus it keeps them busy and it might keep more kids in school in general etc.
