    I can tell from my kids going to physical therapy for ankle injuries, that you need to move it. The PTs would make a bucket of ice water and the kid would do figure 8's in the water. It always helped them, it sounds like you need to strengthen that ankle and maybe wrap it. Take ibuprofen for the pain and inflammation.

    First job was at Wendy's in Dallas, hated it until the d'bag manager got fired for being "inappropriate" towards all the female employees.
