I hired a trainer myself 7 weeks ago, it has helped me a lot. I am seeing definition in my arms now which is pretty cool. I also ended up with a pretty great friend too.

I'm almost done with book 2, I really have enjoyed them so far. I sure do enjoy Fifty and Ana, there banter cracks me up and my goodness is he something else.

I have a hard time falling asleep so I started reading, now I am in bed about an hour before I want to sleep and I read until the words get fuzzy. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and can't go back to sleep if I have something on my mind. I have taken a couple of benadryls to help with that
