Yeah!! These people are a road hazard backing up traffic. Especially on the interstate when you are doing 60mph and come up on them doing 50 mph it is almost like they are standing still, they cause a chain reaction of braking that can effect traffic a 1/4 mile back. Of course they think they are being careful and safe. I honestly don't think they know or care what is going on behind them. They make people insane up here on Hwy 61, we have lots of them hauling stuff in old pickup doing 40 mph or less. People get desperate to get around them and take risk they shouldn't.
