I am placing The link that Mr.Dis gave in the other thread because of the insinuation that my judgment is based on an attitude towards LE in general. The few encounters I have had have been good. I have respect for LE and trust them. My judgment was based on multiple things in this report. I know just as we have seen in this thread that LE protects their own, and I believe that is because of their experiences with criminals. They have seen it all, I believe many are abusive to officers because they believe the officer has to conduct himself professionally and they will get away with it.

I think Mr. Stouts Ex may deserve some privacy in this matter. I am sure she has moved on with her life, and more than likely has made new friends that do not know the details of this. No his ammonia rises, cause his brain to swell rapidly. He would appear very intoxicated before he got to this point, he would need immediate medical care. There would be nothing a paramedic could do but restrain him. My fear is them even being able to get close enough to see the tag.
