Um, she will like that too much.

then they can just stay until 6 everyday to make up the missed days.

MWE, do you mean they may cancel school for the weather on Monday? I heard that you made the call to go ahead and cancel it now instead of waiting til the last minute to do it. Glad it was your call to make and not mine.

lol I have that one on my facebook.....

I thought they did get out early. My son is in middle school (Austin middle) and his bus dropped him off at 3:05. Of course, it was a special ed bus...but still. I was glad to see him make it home early and safely, I appreciate all the bus drivers for being so careful out there. I am sure it is not easy to drive a bus let alone in this weather. I think it is like another poster said...darned if you do, darned if you don't. I too think they did the best that they could at the time.

My daughter is also on Drill..... 1st Sgt. said told us that but not sure if it is 100% set in stone yet. My daughter is also on Drill..... 1st Sgt. said told us that but not sure if it is 100% set in stone yet.

Yep, my daughter was also upset. She took her dress to school with her and was leaving early with a friend. She was going to get ready and be there by 2 to help set up. 1st Sgt. told us that they are trying for March 11th. That is a Thursday and there is no school the next day and no drill meet so that should be a good night to do it. So I guess our children know each other.

My son goes to Austin Middle and got home at 3:05. I assumed it was because he was special needs and rides the small bus. Was surprised that I didn't get a phone call first though...what if I was not home? but I was glad to have him home early so no complaints at all.

I loved watching Jeff and Jordan together....guess I will definitely be watching Amazing Race now.

That was a great show. I almost forgot about it too. I missed the first 15 minutes. Lets see, I like Russell, Rupert, Stephanie, Colby, JT, Tom, and James.... yep, I have a good chance of someone that I like winning. But Russell is my alltime favorite now!

I thought they did not pay for braces?

I too enjoy that show, and it will not be the same without him. Such a loss for his crew and family. He was one of our favorites on the show.

I signed up with you yesterday. I am excited, I don't think Matthew has ever been to the circus and if he had, then it had to be when he was a baby. So I am excited to see how he reacts to it. He is going to LOVE it. Thanks for arranging this for our kids. -
On a flight either to or from California, my daughter and I sat right across from a lady who stared at us the WHOLE time. Freaked us out. I swear she looked like she escaped from a hospital somewhere.....she had a glassy look to her. My daughter kept asking me why that lady was starring at us. My daughter was only in Kindergarten at the time.

I just thought maybe they were showing us what would happen if it did and didn't work....so we would see it both ways....still confusing. Love your thought about Jacob....didnt' think of that. Hubby will flip when I text that to him. I do think you could be right though.

I am soooo LOST now for sure. Gee, I don't think I could have handled more than 1 more season of this show anyway....it is making me crazy just trying to keep up with everything....which is impossible. But still glad it is back on.

My daughter and her boyfriend did a tour that was featured on Ghost Hunters. But I don't remember the name of it. She didn't see or hear any ghosts.....of course. But she liked it and she liked hearing about the history of what all happened in that house and touring the area. They are not allowed to go into the cemetery anymore as they closed that off to them. The one that they did was a walking tour.

:clapping: that is why I use to park close to buggy returns when my kids were small....now I just make my daughter do it. I have sent my daughter to get a buggy from someone with a really small child if it is cold or raining. I can understand them not wanting to walk a mile to return it.....hence why they should try to park close to a return.

does anyone on here know Kim? I spoke to her last night about her going to the doctor today but I have not heard back from them that everything is ok. I am praying that your baby is much better and you are just getting some rest.

some people can't see the truth if it slapped them in the face. Not sure what or who you are talking about, I am just speaking from personal experience with some people.

I pray for peace for your family.

But when we left she did say only a sip of drink (gatorade is what we used) at a time. No more than that for every 15 or so minutes. If I gave him more than that then he would want to drink the whole thing and his stomach may not be ready for that much. So only an ounce or so at a time. Frozen pops, bananas, toast, soup, crackers. That is what he was told to eat until he was over it all. Med's over the counter for diarrhea...Florastor and it is sold at Target behind the counter for $8. No prescription needed for it. Zofran for vomiting which is a prescription but Matthew could not ta

it was a bad virus. He had the vomiting and diarrhea. He could not keep anything down. They got half of the med's down for vomiting but it turns out that he is allergic to it. By then it had stopped the vomiting enough that we could get the benadryl down to help with the reaction. When we took him to the doctor, we carried a blanket to sit him on(I have a new car), a towel, change of clothes, wipes and a bucket for him to vomit in. We looked cool going into the doctors office. LOL I almost had to carry him into the doctor but he walked out feeling much much better. It still lasted a coup

we had it here also. My son got it at 2 am....and vomited for 7 hours until I could get him to the doctor. Then was sick for several more days with it. His was really, really bad. It was the sickest he has been in several years. Then I got it as well as my daughter. But our only lasted about a day. And his immune system is much lower than ours. So that may be why his last so much longer and was so much worse. Oh and daughters boyfriend ended up with it....so it will spread like crazy...
