yeah, he knows the laws on guns real well. We were even laughing and I told him that if I had to I would open the door and drag them in my house. Totally making light of the whole situation.

yep, I just got back from my neighbors house....he said he had his gun ready....I said if he catches anyone on our property to shoot them first then call me. He did say that he heard someone at 2:30 this morning. He heard a car running and a door lightly close. He just assumed it was the neighbor in between us. So he will be looking next time with his gun ready.

would you please ask them if so.....hubby got one for the a200 and was told it would work. Then when there was nowhere to hook it up, I took it back to Wolf Camera to get the right one....that is when the guy said that there was not one for my camera. I would love to know if someone else knows something that this guy didn't know. I really want to use one but according to him, I can't.

what surprised me is that the Jeep is parked right outside our bedroom wall....and hubby is a light sleeper. GUess that is why they leave the doors open....to make no sound. The guy better be glad that he was not out there when hubby got up at 4....or he would have found that bullet in his behind. that is horrible. I am sorry. I hope they catch the POS that stole it.

I have the Sony A230 and LOVE it! I have had it several months now. If you go to Wolf Camera then they offer free intro class with cameras. It helped a good bit. The only thing that I do not like about it is that I can't use a shutter release with it. Which is the remote for leaving the shutter open for night shots of lightening and such. I can still use the bulb but I really wanted the remote. Oh well, we can't have it all. But other than that I love my camera.

Just spoke to the policeman. Yep the other house had their car broken into also. They had an IPOD stolen. It does have a serial number so they have that for the report. Not that it will do any good. He said that unless I wanted to do a report then there was no need. Our neighborhood was hit so they expect to get more calls as people get up and realize that they were broken into.

Seems for a long time it was Ridge Rd.....from 92 to Kroger. A different subdivision was being hit all the time. You never knew where they were gonna hit next. Then it stopped for a while. Guess they got arrested for something. Well now it seems that they are back to it. I am about to go walk around the woods area to see if I can find any of our stuff. Police car is up about 3 houses right now. I saw that their car had the lights on this morning....guess they realized they were broken into also. I think I will walk up there and let them know that we were also.

My son did that one time. I guess he was cooking it for a long time. Imagine waking up to the smell of burnt popcorn and seeing it on fire. Scared me. The smell finally did go away. The microwave still has a tan look to the inside since it stained it so bad. I never replaced it.

My husband left this morning around 5ish. When he went outside the Jeep door was standing wide open. The glove box was open and there was nothing in there. He thinks they took the manual thinking it could be a cd case as it was in a zipper case. He said it was as if they swept everything in a bag. Cause they took it all. My other car was not touched....it was locked. Thank goodness. Luckily for us he had taken his GPS out and there was nothing of value in there. We are about 1 mile from 92 on Ridge Rd. Well I may be cleaning house and cooking all year. On the bright side, I will have a house to clean and I will have food to cook. I can handle that.

my parents got enough collards for my family also. SO my dad is cooking them and calling me when they are ready. I just hate that I don't have the smell of them cooking in my house. I actually like the smell....oh well at least he is cooking them. Parents food always taste better. So I am happy.

yep having it here. Along with ham, corn bread and a peach cobbler. And probably mac and cheese. I have heard health and money but I have also heard that the peas means change and the greens means dollars/green money.... I know that I have never gone a new years without eating it so I will continue to do so.

I thought the same thing when she first asked me. see, at least they are not alone. Wonder how many other kids would want to learn this? Maybe someone will start this up....You never know. I just dont' think I would want to teach a class with a bunch of kids with swords.

I know, I told my friend that I have never heard of anyone taking lessons but her son really wants to learn to do that.

Does anyone know where to go for fencing lessons? I know of someone that is interested in lessons.
