Michael Jackson has died. For Real???? That is how her show began. But, she did make a very good point that I have not heard in all the TV coverage I have seen. Obviously MJ was not the biological father of any of the 3 children. And, he never adopted them. Interesting. However, yes I know the law - If you are married to the mother who gives birth to the child, you ARE the legal father of the child/ren. Just thought it was an interesting observation that "might" be used in the custody battle. Also, I have found it real interesting that the vial of Diprovan was found in MJ's bedroom.

True, but many of the people with vouchers are from all over the country. Guess they'll just all meet up outside Staples Center and hold up a sign like strangers do when meeting at an airport and hand over $150,000.

They must have pulled it just after I copied it. The news said some of the tickets WERE sold for $150,000. I don't know how it will happen b/c, again, the voucher is not transferable and they also said on the news IF the armband (that the person gets put on when they turn in their voucher for the 2 tickets) is taped or altered in any way, the person with it will not be allowed to enter the Staples Center.

UMMM.......deja vu??? "A local couple won the lottery held and received the email voucher to pick up 2 tickets but the tickets and armbands had to be picked up by 6:00 tonight. ALL direct flights from Atlanta to LA were booked and with the connector flights they could not get there by 6:00 this evening even with paying $1,000 for the flights. They said they were going to frame the voucher because they could not give the tickets away."

Looks that way. I copied and pasted from the list of auctions for the tickets after they were talking about it on TV. I just do not believe it. But, the ebay fees for that kind of hoax, if it is that, would be ENORMOUS!!!!

DH and I cannot stand her. We flip the channel AWAY from CBS - even if we start watching their news - AWAY from her. Just too fake with an irritating voice.

There is a lot of gang (OOPS, I forgot Paulding County doesn't have such) activity throughout the county. The Maintenance building at our complex was set on fire a few days ago and that is who the officials think is responsible. A lot of initiations going on, sadly. I voted for DH commute since I currently walk from my bedroom to my office to my laptop and my recliner. But, DH commute of 36 miles takes right at an hour - on a good day with no accidents. Right now with schools out between here and Buckhead, it is right at 50-55 minutes. But, it has taken as long as 2 hrs 45 mins. When I was able to work, my commute was an additional 6 miles = 15-20 minutes from his work. Gotta Love Atlanta Traffic. NOT!

I don't know if it is a deal or not but it sure is interesting. Maybe he is hoping someone will step up to the plate like the family who had the ill child and was selling all their belongings with their house? Someone bought the auction and gave them the money but told them to keep their stuff. I tried to find an explanation for the $8.96 shipping charge and thought maybe it would be to mail the buyer a contract???? It will be interesting to see if it sells. I am watching the auction on My Ebay.

HEY! I am doing good. Riley was fine once the fireworks stopped. He is snuggled with me on my recliner right now. He is so old and comical. I love my Riley. I used to have a co-worker who would have to go home and give her dog a sedative whenever there were thunderstorms approaching. Her doggie was pitiful when it would storm. Very true. He was very generous with his money and talent, both. A lot could be done for the needy, charities, etc of our country if even a half of the celebrities followed his example that way. DS used to do "The Way You Make Me Feel" and we have been trying to find the video of it. He and I both bought the double issue of People magazine this afternoon with MJ on the front and back cover. Since I cannot read it and I got it for him, he now has two copies. LOL.
