The Texas Hots are NEW this week but have been such a success they are there to stay. You are correct, everything we've tried - and I have to say it incldes almost everything on the menu - has been GREAT. The owner, Rodney, is now the cook so you KNOW he is going to make sure everything is to perfection.

DH and I went to J-Rods today for their Original Texas Hots. Rodney had told us about it when we were there over the week-end. I highly recommend it!!! What is an Original Texas Hots you might ask???? Start with a fresh hoagie bun open flat with a layer of chopped onions. The interview I saw them on - think it was ABC Morning Show and then Nightline he explained he is only married to his first wife and she is considered the "superior" wife.
