GREAT PICS!!!! I was chatting with January on FB earlier tonight and told her I just cried when I saw your photos on FB. I had talked to her about doing another photo shoot with my DGD's and furbabies. BUT......Riley died before I got it done. When I saw your family and furbabies it broke my heart - just thinking about Riley. But, your photos are something special and I love all of them. January did a photo shoot of my DS, DD and DGD's in the summer. It was the first photos I had of all four of them together. She was so patient and got some great shots!!! I look forward to having her do p

That might be the case now but I do know when my friend got a call from the bank who owned her home AFTER it was sold on the Courthouse steps in 2000 (not sure if it actually sold of if the bank continued to hold the mortgage however it was offered for sale on the Courthouse steps.) But, her home was NOT on the market at all prior to the bank giving them $700 for the keys.

I am not sure about the foreclosure status but don't think it has been foreclosed on. She is behind on the mortgage, tho. This isn't anything NEW! I know someone who was paid $700 in 2000 to hand over the keys to their house AFTER it had been foreclosed on and sold on the courthouse steps.

She is aware of this but has already moved out of the house and wants to turn it over to BofA. That is AMAZING! Yes, it is inevitable and she simply cannot afford the house so she has already moved. I just got a call from a friend and the conversation began with........"I need you to ask p.com about Cash for Keys for me. I know p.com has the answer to everything." Reckon I talk about p.com??? :lol: Her question was about the Cash For Keys Program. She is losing her house to BofA and needs to know who to contact about the program. I know they've said on the news that BofA is putting a halt on all foreclosures but she wants to check into this program. Suggestions p.com??? (Don't let me down and have to tell her p.com doesn't know. )

On the bright side..........at least she didn't take the money and go get another tattoo. (And before anyone starts bashing me - I have nothing against ppl with tattoos. TT and I have had a discussion about them before.)

I have a friend who spent the day with Sylvia Browne and have been AMAZED at some of the things she told my friend that came to be. I always enjoyed watching her when she was on Montel and I used to watch John Edwards (The psychic, not the politician. LOL)when his show was on. Just something that interests me.

I saw one in Carrollton YEARS ago and she was perfect on some things which there is NO way she could have known! My mother saw the lady in Coweta Co that was featured in the movie "Murder In Coweta County" with June Carter & Johnny Cash. She had a lot of dogs and charged $1.10 - $1.00 for her and $.10 for her dogs. When she died she had hundreds of thousands of dollars in jars underneath her bed. She told Momma she'd meet a dark haired handsome man soon that she would marry. Two months later she met my Daddy and they were married 6 weeks later.
