  1. YUMMMMMMM.....I wanna come eat with you. All of it sounds wonderful!
  2. Pork tenderloin roast in the crock pot all day with potatoes and cream of mushroom soup Green Beans Beer Bread
  3. Depends on the cut of beef you use, too. I never use beef stew meat. It is always better the next day. Mind sharing your recipe??
  4. But, if I go through WF I don't have to pay the "echeck" fee that Greystone charges when I pay them directly. Or so this is my understanding??
  5. I've never used them but had two friends use them when they remodeled their homes. The PODS were left in their yards so they had access to what was in it, if need be. They both spoke very highly of the service and recommend it to everyone.
  6. I am on Greystone's Pre-paid program. So far I've been pleased with it but when I call to make a payment they do charge $5.00 for a credit card or $.60 for e-check. Guess I need to look into bill pay through Wells Fargo. I've just never used bill pay to pay any bills.
  7. CONGRATS to your daughter - and you!!!
  8. I did not know Tony or his family but he was good friends with several of my friends on FB. I have read some really nice things about him. It is obvious he was a wonderful man and great friend to those who were fortunate to enough to know him. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.
  9. There has to be long-term damage/death, etc as a result of the misdiagnosis in order to have a case to sue the local doctor. I'm sorry your wife had to suffer until she got the correct diagnosis, tho. OH NO! I'm sorry to hear about this Tona, but I'm very glad to hear she is feeling lots better.
  10. I LOVE MAXINE!! I have this on my FB page. HAPPY VALENTINES DAY EVERYONE!!!!
  11. OH MY!! I am glad you went to the ER and are on the road to recovery (hopefully). TAKE CARE. I agree - Paulding ER is AWESOME. I have been there more times than I can count and DS was there a few months ago. They make it as good an experience as a trip to the ER can be.
  12. SOOOOO glad all is well with you and your family members - as well as the others involved. That had to be SCARY - especially with your daughter being pregnant. God is Good and watches over us.
  13. NOT HERE. Watching "The Taking of Pelham 1 2 3" on Encore. I'm recording The Grammy's so I can fast-forward through the acts I don't care for (which will be most of the show). Plus DS is in the studio tonight so he'll want to watch it.
  14. If you will send me your contact info I will pass it along to a personal injury attorney that uses process servers.
  15. Gotcha. No apology necessary - I'm just outta the loop on some of the lingo. As much as I hate you went through this I'm glad it wasn't the Hiram store. When we had the problem at the Hiram store a couple of years ago I did send an email - not sure where I sent it to now - but, they never responded.
  16. Me too. I've heard a lot about it but don't know where it is or anything about it.
  17. Okay, I'll show my ignorance.....what is "POS"???? I don't have the number you need but we had a very bad experience pertaining to a salesman at the local Verizon store and had said we wouldn't be going back. But, on a Sunday when we needed to talk to someone about getting DH a new phone and the location on Hwy. 120 being closed we reluctantly went to Hiram. We were so glad we did. The salesperson, Warren, was GREAT and the store manager at the time, Michelle, went far beyond what was required of her and we were very pleased with the experience.
  18. I've told DH for years he BETTER NOT get me roses for Valentine's Day. The florist tend to triple the cost and to pay that much money for something that will DIE in 3-4 days I would be highly PO'd! I tell him and my children I enjoy flowers or anything "just because they love me" and no other reason. DS is good to surprise me by bringing in flowers or sometimes I'll walk into the dining room in the morning and there will be flowers on the table. I LOVE the grocery store flowers - they have beautiful mixed arrangements that are inexpensive. It means so much more than roses on an "expected" day.
  19. I agree!!! LPPT, I got a steak at Benson's last night that was on the RARE side of Medium Rare - and it was perfect. You would have loved it!! Of course, I love Rodney's steaks, too.
  20. Thanks. I played with the one on display at Target. When I enlarged the font there were only a few words per page. I would think it would get on my nerves to constantly be "turning" the page. LOL. But, I appreciate you trying to help.
  21. I use poly bags for ebay but I don't have a problem with taping the printed labels. I would send your husband back to the post office with his receipt and ask to speak to the Postmaster. (I know it is a lot of trouble and probably nothing he can do since it's been shipped. It's as much the principle of the thing and I would want an explanation as much as anything.) It weighs less than 13 oz so it can go first class. How could the clerk make that mistake when the computer gives the options???? Strange.
