    mine is still working good...

    we have cordless phones, but if the power goes out we pull the old phone out that is not cordless.. that way we still have a phone and I have a 100 foot phone line so it pretty well reach anywhere unless the phone lines go down.. I also have greystones number laying right by the phone...

    I have my mother in laws old percolator I use it when the power goes out, my husband pulls out his coleman stove.. the coffee smellls so good making.

    Ga power just said there are over 3000 homes without power already on the Ga and Alabama line... headed our way sleet and freezing rain through tomorrow morning...

    present and accounted for... so far.... my little dog thought I was sending him to his death this morning when I took him out LOL

    I go ahead and call the power company and let them know that my power will probably go out, if they will put me at the top of the long list they are gonna have. That is the only thing I am dreading about this dang weather is my power going out... and if there is ice on the lines then my power will go poof....

    I have been checking on my mama and she says she is good to go... I live ion new hope if anyone needs someone checked on.

    yes they do so CC what did you think of the french toast? I went by there on my way home from the store., and remembered the special price they had for today.. so I was gonna tell my husband to get dress so we could go eat there... well dang it he had cooked pancakes already LOL

    ever since my husband's back surgery when it turns off cold and rainy he hurts... he has been hurting these past few days...
