I went to the store the other day to get lettuce, dressing, tuna, eggs... I got all of it but the ......lettuce I forgot it I have been wanting a good salad all week.. but I am not making a special trip for lettuce lol

That is funny.. a few months ago my husband had an appointment and the office had already told him if he was late or canceled his appointment under 24 hours he would be charged for it. his appointment was running 1 hour behind... so when he did get back there to see the doctor he told him that the next time he would charge him for making him wait.. his time was just as valuable as his (the doctors) the doctor laughed... but my husband told him he was serious. he could understand running a little behind but an hour was crazy and from now he would send him a bill for the time he waits in the

I agree with this, I have been through the same thing.... to the op if your mom goes to a vascular doctor they will measure her. be warned the stockings have to be really tight for the compression to work. I also had to wear them when I came home from Grady's burn unit. they are not comfortable and a pain to get on and off.. but they do help with scaring and circulation. If her regular doctor has suggested these he should be able to tell her what weight to get.

Does anyone have a menu? I am sure the business owners in Dallas will be glad of this new business. it will be close for all of them to walk to get a sweet treat..
