I do not understand how they can keep spending county money to fight this. how much more are they going to spend to keep this tied up in court? I agree 5 years is way to long to drag this out already... all the county is doing is using county money to fight this.. Can the neighbors be made to turn the dog in? or does the AC leave it up to the owners to do that? I have to agree with some here... leave a paper and pen on your counter... when they use the last of something tell them to write it down.. right then I do that now... and when I do my grocery list I check that list they have started... that way i am not caught cooking and not having what I need... plus I also use the list myself... through the week If I do not write it down as I think of it most of the time I forget about it.
