I feel better when I do creative projects but haven't done much lately. I enjoying seeing what others have done although my project may end up really different. The author is from Ireland. He was a guest on a webinar I watched the other evening. He talked about how many problems are caused by overbreathing and can be helped by Buteyko breathing.
