We plan on building some wooden bookshelves. I want the shelves to be adjustable for shorter and taller books. What is the best hardware to use? I read in a woodworkers magazine several months ago that there was a type that could be ordered that was better than the ones sold by Home Depot and Lowes. I've forgotten what kind it was. Does anyone know what it would be?

For a while now some people have changed the name of the last Thursday in November. Instead of Thanksgiving they call it "the name of a bird a lot of people eat" day. It's sad but several years ago some adults got toys from one program and then took them to stores like Walmart and exchanged them for things they wanted for themselves.

One point is that the 80-20 rule is recognized as a significant principle. Individuals and groups can use it for their benefit. Many books have been written on the subject and how focusing on certain activities can give a much greater return in relation to the time spent compared to alternatives.

I was thinking about how I could use the 80-20 rule or principle to become better organized, etc. and decided to read some online about its history. I thought that it was iteresting that Joseph M. Juran, suggested the principle; naming it after Vilfredo Pareto, an Italian economist. Pareto observed in 1906 that 80% of the land in Italy was owned by 20% of the population.
