Littering is a crime. It's also a type of disorder I see in our area. Just something to consider: George L. Kelling How New York Became Safe: The Full Story A citywide effort, involving many agencies and institutions, helped restore order. Tompkins Square Park, once overrun by drug addicts and the homeless, is now a family-friendly haven anchoring the East Village. Just 20 years ago, New York City was racked with crime: murders, burglaries, drug deals, car thefts, thefts from cars. (Remember the signs in car windows advising no radio?) Unlike many cities crime problems, Ne

I thought about that, but I had rather shop there on a week day so I thought I would ask Bookworm and see what the store said.

I think it will be good knowing that far in advance what will be on sale when. How broad are the categories? For example is crafts under Art? Also, I didn't see plants listed (gardening, etc.).

If someone said something to them like, "Hi, how are you today?" I don't think it would be an invasion of privacy, but I grew up in a small southern town where it was normal to say "hi" to everyone.

Paid members can see. I don't think others can. The only thing is a certain number of negatives are given in error like Mrs G said in her post.

You can ask a mod to change the title of the thread. I watched his video where he showed what he had written on cards the other day.

The article you posted the link to was dated October 2011. If someone read it and didn't know the history of the car it gives a false impression. The company has been saying their air cars would be on the streets of India for years now---the next year, etc. The article you pointed to that I posted even said that they would be available in the USA in 2009-2010. That's all. -

Adding vegetable puree to regular recipes is a popular idea. No one is saying to not teach children to eat vegetables, but Missy Chase Lapine has built a successful line of books on the concept of using vegetable puree in unexpected ways: Missy Chase Lapine is best known as the creator of the wildly successful Sneaky Chef series of books, including her first, a New York Times bestseller, The Sneaky Chef: Simple Strategies for Hiding Healthy Foods in Kids’ Favorite Meals (Running Press, April 2007). Missy’s second book, The Sneaky Chef: How to Cheat on Your Man in the Kitchen, was published -

There was quite a bit of media coverage around 2007 and up. I don't know about the delays. This article described a model of the air car that was planned to be in the U.S. in 2009-2010: Air-Powered Car Coming to U.S. in 2009 to 2010 at Sub-$18,000, Could Hit 1000-Mile Range By Matt Sullivan February 22, 2008 3:13 AM The Air Car caused a huge stir when we reported last year that Tata Motors would begin producing it in India. Now the little gas-free ride that could is headed Stateside in a big-time way. Zero Pollution Motors (ZPM) confirmed to PopularMechanics.com on Thurs -

The article I posted was dated June 2007. Yours was dated October 2011. Did you notice? India's largest automaker is set to start producing the world's first commercial air-powered vehicle. The Air Car, developed by ex-Formula One engineer Guy Nègre for Luxembourg-based MDI, uses compressed air, as opposed to the gas-and-oxygen explosions of internal-combustion models, to push its engine's pistons. Some 6000 zero-emissions Air Cars are scheduled to hit Indian streets in August of 2008. -

I don't know if it's lower in sodium than Kraft's original, but it does have 3 grams of fiber per serving, so at least that's an improvement. I do hope no one buys it thinking it's a health food. It does seems to a better choice than the Kraft without the cauliflower. -
Have any of you tried Kraft's Mac & Cheese with cauliflower? Food companies hide vegetables in their meals By Jessica Mintz, For The Associated Press Posted 7/10/2011 5:00 AM It looks like Kraft Macaroni & Cheese, and Kraft says it tastes just like the original. But a new ingredient is lurking inside this version of the American family dinner staple — cauliflower. Eric Francis, for USA TODAY Kraft Foods is the latest large food manufacturer to try hiding additional veggies in packaged foods to help kids eat healthier. Don't tell the kids! Kraft Foods

Time will tell how well they do in pulling it off: Season Preview: NBC’s ‘The Firm’ Danielle Turchiano, LA TV Insider Examiner January 2, 2012 If NBC’s continuation of the infamous John Grisham work, The Firm, feels long at first glance, well, it’s because it is. The premiere is a special-two hour opener designed to reintroduce fans to the dashing defense attorney Mitch McDeere (now played handsomely by Josh Lucas) and to explain just where he has been since joining witness protection years earlier ... The Firm starts in the future and then flashes back to six weeks earlier,

Yes, India: India's largest automaker is set to start producing the world's first commercial air-powered vehicle. Some 6000 zero-emissions Air Cars are scheduled to hit Indian streets in August of 2008. Barring any last-minute design changes on the way to production, the Air Car should be surprisingly practical. The $12,700 CityCAT, one of a handful of planned Air Car models, -
