Man faces charges for reading wife's e-mail
GipperGirl replied to afriendlygeek's topic in RECENT TOPICS
I have no issue with that. Every couple is different. I'm gun shy because of who I was married to for so long. This is a really touchy subject seeing how it has so many different avenues, which is why the internet is sometimes a wonderful thing or a despicable one. Complicated . very true. anyone can have the same access he had. scary. -
pants backwards, one sock?

what a sweet and thoughtful husband you have(creative, too!). And, yes! be thankful...those are FEW and very FAR between.

Man faces charges for reading wife's e-mail

When I remarry, I will NEVER ask for his passwords. And, I wouldnt consider marrying him if he wanted mine. Not because either has anything to hide but because it should be a mutual RESPECT thing! I was married 16 yrs to a man who was insecure, fearful, insanely jealous and ALWAYS looking for something, ANYTHING that looked inconsistent to him. Not just with me, but with everyone in his life. I wont repeat that again. I trust him and he trusts me. Even if you follow your spouse around 24/7 and keep tabs on everything they say or do, THEY CAN AND WILL STILL CHEAT IF THEY WANT TO. The snoopi -

I agree that is over the line but actually, I believe technically adultery IS a crime. Fairly certain it's on the books that way and can be used against someone as illegal activity.I just think that when you know, you KNOW. Either confront them and divorce or decide mutually to get counseling and work on the marriage. All of that snooping is so intrusive and would make any sort of reconciliation almost impossible since it was done with intent to openly expose the spouse. IMO. -
You all got some GREAT stuff! DC Red...the ornament is beautiful! Put it HIGH on the tree though so it doesn't fall into anybody's pocket..accidentally, of course . I got myself a new book. But, we decided not to give any gifts this year but take a collective donation up for a charity we all believe in. It wasn't a huge amount but I know from listening to various reports, every charity's donations are down but the need has increased greatly. Every bit helps. It did make Christmas very different. I did zero shopping. Didn't wrap the first gift. Although, I did get my teen son a few things, o

Yay! Glad to see you got your bookcases! And, I LOVE all of your reading gifts. You'll LOVE that red chaise when you get it, too.

Yeah, I know...a little shocking. But, I want 'em, too . Always have. I'm gonna have toddlers and one in college .

I agree! I agree! And, he is fine with that too. I could come to bed at any hour and he wouldnt have any issue with it. But, I dont wanna do that. Not in the beginning anyway. True and I know smothered well. I was married to him almost 16 years.

I agree and thnx! I have already done the baby thing once(he's 17 now!) but my fiance' has not. He NEEDS to be a daddy. He wants as many as I can download at 38 after we marry. He will definitely do his part(he already does all the cooking when he's here). But, wow...I can't imagine more than one every 17 yrs or so!

My whole family growing up were night owls. It is hard to break any habit but I've been going to bed earlier lately, which for me has been around 1 am . Now, I'm gonna work on the midnight thing. Rome wasnt built in a dang day, right ?

Thank you MNTeacher. We have both slept alone longer than either wanted to so it will be nice. I like your plan and I'm glad it works for you both! That's what marriage is all about.
-
Well, see...he nor I have any issue with that, Cmorg. But, weez gotta make sum babiez . Besides, we have both slept alone long enough!

I know, me too! I always think that when I read SO. DEF NOT the Sheriffs Office here at this hour...thank goodness! -
I'm gettin' hitched in a few months to one that "goes to bed with the chickens" as my Mother used to say about early-going-to-bed-people. We have come up with a compromise...11:00 PM. Which is a big deal to me considering 11:00 is usually when I get my second wind and clean, do laundry, post here and on FaceBook. 11 isnt that bad, I guess. I wont hate myself quite as much in the morning that way when the dreaded alarm goes off . Do you and your SO have totally different internal clocks?

Gosh, Subby. I sure do hate that for you...that level of stress . I feel like you do though about going back to work after any holiday. I love it that I love and enjoy my job(BOTH of them so much). I tease about not wanting to go back but really, I'm always happy to go back and NEVER dread a single day. It's a blessing to have a job(s) at all these days which is probably one reason we both enjoy being there so much. I will add you to my daily list and pray about your job, Subby. You are VERY, VERY intelligent and also VERY ambitious, creative and are good at pursuing opportunities that may -

Ah! Just walked in my front door where it's all nice, homey and WARM! Thanks my Pcom friends for helping me out in my thread earlier about road conditions. I 'm a chicken when it comes to driving in this stuff so I didn't. My SO brought me home from his house in Hiram. We had absolutely no issues on the Paulding rds(Nebo RD to B Carruth to 120 to Mars Hill, Pine Mt and Jiles), and only one road in Cobb that was a little scary(Pine Mt Rd.) But, it is very hilly and shaded so we both expected it. Whew...like I said, I'm a big baby about this weather as far as the driving goes, so I am SO ha
