Zoo's Crochet Talent featured at PAK in Pink
ScarletIndulgence replied to auntneet's topic in Business NEWS
I saw them on your website and they are just adorable!!! Congratulations Zoo!!! Scarlet -
Very cool! Reminds me of some of the Hotels in Cancun with the swim up bar! The Omni there has built in lounge chairs made of tile submerged in the water just enough to keep you cool .. LOVED THEM! They also had tables made of tile between each of the chairs for drinks and food...all brought directly to you from the bar! Yep, Very Cool! Scarlet

How long is the "pre-existing clause"? Usually it is anything you have been treated for in the previous 6-12 months. If you have not been treated for anything during that time by ANYONE, they usually end up paying. My son did not have health insurance at all after he turned 18 and could not be on our insurance anymore. He could have taken it through work, but did not. He finally got insurance last year after my continued pressing him to pay the premium and low and behold, he had a hernia that required surgery. He went through all the procedures requested by the insurance company, got

Hey Frann, I'm so happy to see you online again!!! I hope that Vinny is doing better this week and that ALL OF YOU got some rest over the weekend! I know that you and your son are busy with the Shop and I have been busy as well so I haven't had a chance to call. I will call you later this evening on your cell so I can get an update on Vinny. I agree 100% with you. In general, most men DO NOT get a regular check up and go on with life and things get missed. I had to harass Bruce several years ago to go to Emory's Cardiology Center because his Blood Pressure was up and down so h

There are a lot of natural remedies to keep mosquito's away....pot some small sage plants and put them around the area that you sit outside and it helps repel them. Cypress Wood Chips in the flower beds also help...pine straw is a breeding ground for bugs and insects. Lots of other natural remedies help as well...just do a few searches and you will find them. We have been using Bing.com a lot instead of google and there is a lot of info on there too..without all the harsh chemicals from DEET and other insect repellents.

That may be what they are doing, but they are not moving any dirt anywhere except by Pirates Printing. That is a LOT of property for just 4-5 small office buildings though. That would be nice if they make it small office buildings instead of industrial buildings. I still wish they would have kept all the commercial stuff together in one area and not invaded a residential area... Scarlet

Nothing right now. I live right there. Across the street from us they demolished a beautiful home on the hill FOR THE DIRT believe it or not! Originally we had heard they were putting in another Ingles there, but that wasn't true. From the corner of Hiram Sudie/Bill Carruth all the way down to Nebo on the right hand side is now zoned commercial/industrial. They are building more buildings beside Pirates Printing. So far they have not developed any of the rest of the properties purchased. For us, I wish they would have kept it all residential and kept the industrial/commercial on the othe

Try Alieve (sp?). She can actually take more than what the dosage says. It contains Anaprox (or Naproxin) which I used to get by a prescription for 500 mg from my OBGYN for it. There is only 200 mg of it in the Alieve and the rest is ibuprophen I believe. So she can take 2 at a time every 6-8 hours. When my last prescription ran out, my dr. told me to just get it over the counter as it is the same thing, just not the same mg. They didn't know I had endometriosis and for 4 years I suffered greatly until I insisted they do something. After several procedures, I ended up getting a pa

******PSA: UPDATE: THERE WILL BE NO VIEWING******
ScarletIndulgence replied to lowrider's topic in RECENT TOPICS
He actually was able to keep part ownership of Neverland when he died. While he was in debt $450M, his estimated assets are $1.3 BILLION...so he was far from destitute. I read today that a will was found, hopefully that will help sort things out, but as everything with Michael Jackson, nothing is simple. I feel terribly for his children as I know they are suffering a huge loss right now. I hope that they can find some comfort being with their family over the next few months and years to come. Orthopedic Physician-Need Recomendations Please
ScarletIndulgence replied to PauldingPeach's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Take her to Emory. I am not at all happy with Resurgeons and will NEVER go back to them. When you have a dr. look at you and say "What do you want me to do?" then pass you along to someone else to fix what he screwed up only to be bounced back to him again because the other dr. didn't do the first surgery...that is pretty bad. I would never recommend anyone to them...AT ANY OFFICE! Go to Emory. Their offices are right off N. Druid Hills on the right down in Executive Park just as you get off the interstate. They have their entire group there and they are very good. Let me know if you w -
Douglasville usually has them. Everyone usually parks in the w/mart - Sam's Parking on all sides. Get there early though and take some chairs as people will get there very early to be able to see them. Scarlet

Walter Cronkite's not expected to recover....
ScarletIndulgence replied to cuteyellowbug's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Wow...now I see why the other thread said Mr. Conkrite might be the next loss...very sad news in deed. Prayers said for him and his family. He has lived a long life and is admired and respected by everyone around the world. Scarlet -
Yep! It didn't rain very long...The rain washed away MOST of the silly string!!! We had a blast and so did the kids!! Scarlet
-
Wow, and he was young too! May he rest in Peace. I hope that you are wrong and that Walter Cronkite is not next....He seems to have taken care of himself all these years and that has a lot to do with how long one lives. Edited...I'm very sorry to read in another thread further down the line that he is home with his family and not expected to come through. Very sad. I hope we don't lose anyone else for quite some time. I think we have lost too many already. Apparently men between 45 and 50 are the highest age group to die from a heart attack or cardiac arrest. The majority of

Meeting a possible new friend today...
ScarletIndulgence replied to JDPennock's topic in RECENT TOPICS
My next door neighbor had to put her Doberman down a few weeks ago...she had a tumor and there wasn't anything that could be done...she couldn't walk and Dr. Carpenter had been treating her for some time. Anyway, she went today (or yesterday) to the Humane Society and came home with a beautiful black cockerspaniel (sp?) named "Cindy Mae"...she has some fleas but is a very sweet dog. Geraldine had her nose through the fence trying to smell her this morning and was crying for her to play! They will be good friends in no time! I was very happy for my neighbor. She was brokenhearted
