  1. My thoughts on poison is,if they go outside to die, what if they are eaten by neighborhood cats? What about children in the house? I had a friend back in the 70's who put decon rat poison out ,a week later put her foot in a shoe that had a dead poisoned mouse inside the toe of the shoe. I think traps would be the way to go, we put glue traps in our garage recently, trapped them pretty quickly, no mess, no poison.

I'm glad you like him. I guess everyone has some bad experiences with some Dr's. He even went so far as to tell my sister she was a bad person if she didn't end the pregnancy. So glad she didn't listen to him.On the other hand, I went to Dr.Linda Ford with my second pregnancy 33 years ago,she suggested an aboortzion after I was exposed to measles in my 3rd month. I didn't listen of course and now I have a lovely daughter . But, I still love Dr. Ford.

19 years ago, Dr,Galloway highly recommended my sister get an aboortzion since she was 35 yrs old and at high risk (he said) for having a child with downs syndrome.Thankfully she did not take his advice, changed Dr's,and now has a beautiful 19 year old Downs Syndrome free daughter.
  5. I went to the one in Hiram many times and really liked it, but one day the son of the owner(probably 4 yrs old) came up to my table, looked at me, then spit his food on the table next to my plate!Never went back!
  6. I would like your input on this article please! I am so confused!
  7. I absolutely loved that place!!! went there at least 3 times a month!!
  8. People might realize how dumb you are, but Georgia is not the reason. Again, I'm fairly new to P com,and I might be missing something here, but being from Ga does not make you dumb! Too many smart people from here 8)
  9. I haven't been on here long enough to know Postman, but I think if people don't like his posts, then don't go into his threads!!Simple as that! It sure beats getting ugly !
  10. I NEVER said I would boo him!!! I meant booing is childish and so is vandalism! I don't need to grow up! Unlike some people on this board!!I also understand he received his punishment and protected his rights, good for him! I just hope he has learned from this as well. Again, when did I say booing was ok??I never said that! The poster seemed to think booing was childish, and I stated so is Vandalism! I agree!
  11. I like to think it's because Burger King needed some humor!!
  12. We are also waiting on results of blood work. My 19 year old has been sick for about 3 weeks now. went to the Dr. and she said it is a very real possibility. I wasn't told how long test will take to get back.she is having pain in her left side, which I understand could be an enlarged spleen which is a side effect. Prayers for your daughter. Hope she feels better soon
  13. Just heard about this! I went to school with his mom and dad. My daughter was friends with his sister Stacy. I still have not heard how this happened, but am praying for this family
  14. I will give this a try next weekend! Thanks for sharing
  15. Sorry if I sounded like I thought you were judging my decision,I never thought that.Thank you for your concern,Any information is greatly appreciated.
  16. Compression of the lungs, stomach and spleen is really not jumping into surgery. We have tried exercises for the past 2 years with no help. We also still have to meet with the spine specialist. Nothing definate. I appreciate ALL the responses. As I said, there will be lots of praying concerning this decision. But as of now, with her pain, if the Dr. says it's a sure thing, that is probably the route we will be going.
  17. Thank you! We are pretty scared of the whole situation. Can I pm you my number and have you call me?
  18. My 18 year old daughter was diagnosed 2 years ago with Idiopathic scoliosis.Lately she has had a lot of pain in her left side, almost to the point of not being able to work a 6 hr shift.went to the Dr. yesterday and was told her 20 degree curvature of 2 years ago is now at 25 degrees. Her lung capacity is not what it was, pressure is on her stomach and spleen. It looks like surgery is needed. Does anyone have any experience with this type of surgery? I know it is better than it was even 8 years ago, but we are very concerned.
