What are you babbling about now dude. Georgia pays $7.25 an hour for MW. WHETHER they do this on their own or because the Feds required it makes no difference. In short if Florida increased MW and a company there was affected by that increase and sold their goods to a business in Georgia, then that business will see increases based upon that. Economics does not work that way. It is called a CUMULATIVE affect. If you have two things that cause increases they will be ADDED TOGETHER.
