My child was physically harmed, what would you do?
NumberCruncher replied to tonitwo's topic in RECENT TOPICS
It's totally bizarre that Thad speaks about chickens and corn prices and recipes and his daughters cat, but never mentions any of the apparently juicy family drama that Melissa is only just beginning to get started on in a public forum. Why was none of this mentioned when she had the public spotlight during her campaign? -

Now I'm thoroughly confused. They can't just get on a plane? They are unsafe and unsound in Mexico? Why? The FBI is involved as well as congressmen? Your family sure does seem to get into a bunch of drama. -

Apparently it happened before they went to Mexico. Long ago enough that the statute of limitations has run out. But on what charges, I have no clue. What is the statute of limitations on poisoning? Is poisoning a charge? Would that be assault? I cannot brain. I haz the dumb. -

How long ago do the incident occur? -
That many people and none of them have GPS trackers in their phones????? I'm actually being serious. In this day and age, I don't understand how a plane gets lost.

Congratulations!

What would I do if my child was harmed? Not wait until the statute of limitations had run out to plead my case to the anonymous public. I would have contacted every news media outlet in the country the minute I was told that the sheriff wouldn't investigate. But that's me. -

this is a tough one. if something doesn't touch me personally, and i don't react strongly enough in someone's eyes, it doesn't mean that i'm choosing to act as if it doesn't exist.with as much evil in the world today, how can one person react to all of it? from the dog hit by a car on our street, to the starving children in Africa, if someone reacted to every instance of evil in the world, they would never have enough time to act upon all of the good they need to do on a day to day basis.i don't know if i could classify anyone's reaction, or lack thereof, as either self preservation or ignoran

I will definitely be flying in to Reno. Hopefully I'll have some time to do a bit of 'exploring' along the way to Truckee. Once there, my free time during the days will be limited. We bought a home there last month. Renovations should be done by the first of May, so I have to go set up and stock the house. Lots of furniture to buy and move in, as well as dishes and linens and pantry items. I'm thinking dinner will be the only real luxury time I'll have.

whoever is sitting on the nest right now, can't seem to get comfortable. lots of manhandling of the baby and fussing about. -
My company has me visiting Truckee CA for 10 days in mid May. Are there any must see sights or must eat at restaurants that you can recommend? thanks!

That was a cool article. I took the test but only checked four of the boxes. I'm not highly sensitive, according to the results. Thanks for posting that!

You'll have to submit standard form 180 to obtain someone's dd214. There are a few different online portals to work through. Just google standard form 180. I still can't attach links.

It was ok. I'm from the West Bank, so I have definitely eaten better and more authentic Cajun food. Henry's is pretty good for Georgia Cajun food though. I was really disappointed that they don't serve boudin or muffulettas.

Thank you for explaining your name!

We are in Crackworth today, and the ol man has mentioned Henry's for lunch, if the wait isn't too long. I've never been, so I'm not getting too excited yet.

I also find it hysterically ironic that DVbP chose to bring up speculation in this thread. I wanted to know something, so I asked. What's that got to do with bullying?
-
Apparently, people carry stuff around with them from one thread to another.

Dude, I just wanted to know what your name meant. There was no judgment or assassination of character involved. Whatever your problem with me is, doesn't really involve me. It's your perception of me, and you're entitled to it. If you choose to walk around harboring ill will, it only affects you, and you're welcome to carry that burden. I don't know you, nor do I pretend to. I was curious about your name, thought there might be something I was missing, did some research, and asked a question. Whatever else you read into that, is the product of your own mind. You don't have to li

But I still can't figure out what Violency means. Anyone out there have a clue? It didn't come up as a variation of violence, and no definitions were given. Help me out?

They've got some stuff on YouTube. Mostly just amateur video. But the album is available on iTunes. They play every weekend, mostly around the Carrollton/Villa Rica area. This Saturday there's a huge event at B3 in Austell. Benefield will be playing, as will JB and the cheap whiskey band.

I wasn't pointing any fingers or making any judgements. My ol man over pays every year and gets a refund. I preach to him that an interest bearing savings account would be smarter than loaning the government your money, interest free all year. But he won't listen. I know that people over pay for various and assorted reasons. I'd never heard of anyone over paying by that much though. It makes sense that the difference is in credits, ie found money. Not quite sure why anyone assumes I was being ugly.
