1. very light rain/drizzle and cold air here in Smyrna. soggy and gross.but, the ol man says we're gonna go to home depot anyway. not for storm related items.....but, chicken wire. yes, he's obsessed.
2.

but let's say nothing about the helpful insight that was posted, in the hopes of helping the OP to communicate effectively. Pubby, why be such a tool? yes, parental alienation is horrible. yes, the system needs to be changed. yes, parents should be more mindful, judges more cautious, doctors more diligent. i nor gog8tors has disputed that. what's been called in to question is the OP's stance on laypeople who don't agree with him or see things from his point of view. i pride myself on lots of things, Pat. my reputation on Pcom isn't one of them.
3. Just curious. Is this the attitude you've taken with your ex? Lawyers? Judges?
4. I haven't watched any news today. The kids have Netflix playing Hey Jessie on and endless loop. But, yesterday the girl one on fox 5 was talking about a double punch of weather, with Tuesday night and Wednesday being the times of major concern. Today is just a precursor.
5. Thank god someone realizes how much pleasure I derive from having my chain yanked...it's been far too long!
6. And now I kind of want to take back everything I've posted, and just call you a dick. Mostly because that's how you come off to strangers. If this is the way you've responded to members of the court, your baby momma, your kids, and the general public, it's no great mystery why you haven't been awarded custody of your remaining minor child and why your ex talks crap about you to her. Your people skills leave much to be desired.
7. I'm extremely intelligent, but have no experience with court battles. When custody was being decided in my case, my ex and I behaved as mature adults and acted in the best interest of our children. I've never been through what you have, or the folks in your examples, because I chose not to. I didn't reproduce with someone not fit to marry, psychopathic, narcissistic, or unfit to co parent without supervision. I didn't drag my kids through years of court battles or take to the Internets to vent, gloat, gain support, or raise awareness. I don't get where you're coming from. I think that the un
8. I'm not a victim of anything, nor do I play on one the Internet. You obviously have a message, a goal. But they way you seem intent to spread it isn't working. In sure that's frustrating for both you, and your audience. Again, we're lay people who aren't immersed in the world of court custody battles, don't live with parental alienation, and probably have never given much thought to either. If your goal is education, do that. Educate us. Not with defensiveness and belittling, but with the vast knowledge and experience you have on the subjects. I haven't mentioned anything about a pity
9.

be careful. predator or not, it's illegal to shoot/kill hawks.
10.

be safe. if you get stuck out this way, give me a holler.
11. windy hill area is fine.my wife left here a little bit ago, heading to hiram for a dr appt. We are at windy hill and atlanta rd.
12. I'm still stressing over the toilet remaining functional. Thanks for reinforcing what has now clearly become my greatest fear!!!! lol
13. You asked for the opinions of us 'laypeople', based on a YouTube video. You then insulated our intelligence and picked apart every opinion given. What is your deal? If you're trying to educate and raise awareness, this doesn't seem to be the most effective way of going about it. You're obviously struggling with your own issues. That much is clear. But projecting those issues into different and varying unrelated scenarios and using such to 'test' the intelligence of fellow board members seems, quite frankly, crazy. If you want a shoulder or sympathetic ear, I'm sure there are folks here w
14. I watched it without volume, because, well, I hate nothing worse than the sound of screaming kids. Regardless of how calm the dad is acting, there's obviously a reason the kid doesn't want to go with him...real or imagined. Also, the kid needs a hair cut and his ass beat for acting out and disrespecting law enforcement. Who's fault is it? Each of the parents, equally, for putting the kid in whatever situation that was.
15. Crap. All I can find is a laser pointer!!!!!!!
16. Great advice! We are lucky to live on a compound in an industrial area. No traffic, and the kids aren't allowed out of the gate or off the property.
17.

prayers said for your 'friend' and all his 'ailments' ::candle::
18.

have you seen the baby pictures that i posted yesterday on FB???? we are working on enclosing in our entire side yard for the chickens.they have a coop for nighttime, but they free range during the day. the damn hawk keeps getting them, so we have to do something. but MD can't bear to think of locking them up.......so we get to build a pen that could house, comfortably, 18 orangutans. to keep three chickens safe. *sigh*
19. Seriously. I'm not worried about it being dark or cold or us not having anything to eat....a family of three adults an two kids sharing one bathroom is hard enough without the dang toilet not flushing!!!! I think I may have just discovered my greatest fear.
20. i have city water. does that mean my toilets won't flush???????
21. Cobb is closed for the rest of the week.
22. my wife drives like an idiot, and the kids are school choice, so no bus....they're definitely not going on Tuesday or Wednesday.(yes, she knows she's a bad driver, and it was her decision to keep them home)we grocery shopped over the weekend so there's plenty of food. the laundry is finally caught up so everyone can dress in layers if need be. hopefully we won't lose power and have to worry about cooking.wait, will the toilets flush if the power goes out? they don't use electricity, so i realize that's an asinine question...but still. i really don't know the answer...
23. Whoa Willie was using his 4wheeler to run 'rescue missions' on Whitlock Ave during the last event. Not sure if he still reads/posts here or not...
24.

i want to say Laura Leigh Farms does soemthing like this. i may be horribly mistaken though. i do remember reading threads here on Pcom about therapy horses...
25. I'm afraid it will lull the public into a false sense of security and more people will take unnecessary risks because of it.
