i'm not buddhist, and i'm becoming increasing less feminine as i get older. i do identify with being female though, for the most part. as you know, i take on a much stronger, more protective persona while with the 'feminine' people in my life...but tend to be submissive and squishy when in the presence of a dominant male. dominant females challenge the hell out of me (dgitw, urn, wafl, just to mane a few) and i very much enjoy having them in my life for that reason. submissive females (you, felicia, tricia) seem to give me purpose in life, someone to take care of, adore, mentor, pet. do

I've had one 'date'. It was fun (aside from the dish disaster) but I don't think we will be seeing each other again. Not in a dating capacity. Not enough in common, but he may come hang out and see the band from time to time. To answer your question, yes, if someone comes along and is interested in dating me, I will absolutely let them know, up front, that I have no intentions of getting serious any time soon. Its been six damn years, panda. Accept your place in this twisted family already!

I'm slightly anxious about this Unicorn Apocalypse I keep hearing about on TV. -
1) i may really have to. he mentioned it again last night. we totally 'solemnly swore'. in front of his mother even. 2) do not bitch about who i marry if you're too busy to be my housewife. 3) the dog missed me too.

yep. last November. thought he was THE ONE. but he wasn't. (then there was another one, but, we don't talk about that here.) i'm not looking to marry, or even 'end up' with anyone. (crap, that's not even true. JLH10101 and i have that pact..and will probably 'end up' married in 10 years, but that totally doesn't count) the situation at hand is that i am actually entering the 'dating' world. not seeking true love. not having promiscious sex. DATING. something i haven't really done since highschool. (again, unless you count dinner/movies/lunch/drinks/sleepovers with JLH) crap. i gu

Last year a had a couple of awesome first dates. One of the more memorable was to the Clermont, on fathers day. The other was to LeBuzz. And no, I can't see me getting married again.

I'm thinking the red box, on demand, and Netflix had more to do with it than the economy.

I'm sucking on a Blu a I type. Have had a few setbacks in the past month... mostly while in the bar, but also when stressed out at home. Friday night was rough. Smoked a whole pack between the hours of 8&3. Been back on the ecig since. Was REALLY tempted a few minutes ago while sitting on the side of 285.....lol

Great advice.

No counter action last night! Just dinner and yes, a scrumptious dessert. I blamed the dishes on the kids, and left them in the sink.

Hahahaha! There's a reason you have to be at least 5'10 to ride this ride. Counter height.

I made chicken stirfry. Turned out pretty good, considering in that I'm lousy in the kitchen.

Hiding dirty dishes in the oven because there's not enough time to wash, dry, and put them away before your blind date shows up for a home cooked meal....and then being surprised when that blind date brings a dessert that needs to be warmed up in the oven....dating is HARD. Please tell me I'm not the only person who has done something like this!
