I am from Charlotte. We moved here 6 years ago. Georgia does not even compare to Charlotte. Traffice is much, much better. Huntersville is a beautiful place which is near Charlotte. The only area to avoid would be the west side. There are nice restaurants with a wide variety to choose from. The weather seems to be a little cooler than here in Georgia in the summer. Matthews seems to be a little more expensive to live, but is beautiful. Schools and colleges are absolutely great !!!!! The South Park area has everything a person could want. Just recently I have smelled bourbon !!!!! I get a strong smell in my car and in my house. I don't drink bourbon and can't think of anybody that does....kinda weird !!!!

I still have dozens of hummingbirds at my feeders......that's a happy sight !!!!

I had this same problem a couple of years ago at 5am every morning....come to find out, it was Comcast doing their backs ups each morning....needless to say I switched to AT&T...haven't had the problem since !!!!

Either way, I DETEST child killers or people who lie about their children who are missing or deceased. A lie causes a chain reaction which only leads to other lies. Why would ANYONE lie about their child if they were missing....Why? Only if they had something to hide !!!!

LOL !!!! I have a chipmunk that just loves to sleep on top of my large feeder...he will eat and then take a 2 hour nap up there !!! LOL !!!!!

We have lots of green and yellow finches....tons of bluebirds !!!! W also have the Baltimore Oreoles (sp), Thrashers, cardinals, chickadees, doves, starlings and turkeys !!! We have 4 different kind of feeders and the birds seem to pick their favorites !!!

This was why we left Sprint a year ago and went with Verizon.....no problems now !!!
