General Liability Insurance for new small business
MarkPalm replied to MarkPalm's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Thanks a lot for being proactive and calling me, Don. It was good to talk with you. I look forward to finding out what you can do for me. -
I am looking into starting up a second small business with one employee and I want to carry a General Liability policy. I checked with my State Farm agent and they don't write GL policies for my specific business. Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations for me? TIA!

One final push before I have to leave.

Just a reminder I could use your support. Thanks

Tonight is the first week of competition for the Face's Lounge Shooting Star Karaoke Competition. If you can, please come and support me. There are three judges voting but audience votes count too. If you can make it out tonight we should start around 8:30pm. Rotation is determined by pulling numbers so I might be first or last or somewhere in between. If you need more info, message me. Hope to see you tonight. Face's Lounge is just a couple blocks from the Big Chicken on Powers Ferry Road. If you can make it out I really would appreciate the support for this first week. Okay gang, I need help and I've got $100 for the first person who'll come help me with this problem. I bought Jimmy a new radio for his car since his CD player has been dead for a while. Found a unit on sale at Wal-Mart. Found an adapter kit for his model car and proceeded home. This morning I got up, went out, took off the dashboard (I've done this a hundred times before on cars so not a big deal). I open up the adapter kit and the radio only to realize I'm going to be cutting and splicing wires in order to replace the old connector with the new ones. At this point I realize I'm in way o

I know. It premiered already. I watched two episodes. And now in addition to hating her for being so dramatic it's clear to me she has serious issues with men. She clearly just hates men. And she's so sarcastic. I swear I just want to slap the smirk off her face. Some of my favorite moments from "The Soup" are when they are making fun of whatever idiotic thing she said that week.

I have posted on Facebook, twice in the last week and once today, about how much I hate Nancy Grace.

A bunch of us were there last night. I have to say the owner's are just wonderful people. I mean wonderful. We sat out back on the patio and just had a grand time for over two hours. I can't say enough good things about the establishment or the owners. I can't wait for the cooler weather when I can go in and an enjoy a cup of coffee and some conversation. I hope they hang around in downtown Hiram forever.

Your neighbor should have had a survey done or had the fence installed according to a previous survey. There is no building code outside of neighborhood covenants that might be in place. If the fence was installed inside your neighbors property lines (you never want to install on the property line as then both parties each own one side of the fence) you will be fine. If they have installed over the property line on your side then it's an encroachment and you can sue to have it moved or removed. To answer your direct question, you shouldn't have any issues with the tax assessment. But I would c

We are meeting tonight in about an hour to meet her and hang out. I hope she won't make me smoke a cigar though. I just wanted to meet the cool lady running the smoke shop.

I don't care a thing about Halloween...but if they government tries to move February 29th I'm gonna be pissed.

I'm very sorry. I've seen this with this breed over and over. It's very hard. I know you'll do what's right.

I hope the folks at Paulding Meadows got their stuff put up. Rain is on it's way.

I too have a relative that has been to Mayo in Jacksonville, FL three times. She has a terminal illness. They have been very good to her and while there is not cure for her condition, they were able to determine a course of treatment for the symptoms so she at least has some quality of life for the time she has remaining. I would highly recommend it.

...everybody's lookin', as she goes by, they turn there heads and they watch her til she's gone...(one of my fav songs)

No, it seems to have gone. The moon has risen on the Eastern horizon and it's gorgeous. I don't know what we were looking at and I wish I had a camera that could have captured it. We tried. But no luck. I also wish I had binoculars or a telescope. I've never seen an object move that erratically.

No...I'm afraid they will have a good explanation for it. Honestly it's really odd.

Again, two awesome people that I'm proud to call friends.

He's rescued me before. And tomorrow he's changing my brake pads. Amazing man with an amazing family and I'm proud to call them friends.

I'm not an alarmist. I'm also a bit of a cynic. But for the last 10 minutes we've been watching a twinkling light source in the Northwestern sky that seems to be moving in short circles and zig zag patterns with lights that flicker red, green and blue. It's bizarre. I don't have a video camera capable of catching it. But I really do believe this is not a plane or helicopter as it hasn't changed it's basic position in the sky. Really odd.

I am not a fan of Dragon Con but tons of my friends are. We are using this weekend (Sat night) as a small high school reunion. Dinner and fellowship during the festivities.
