  1. You can also find her on Facebook. She's fine by the way.
  2. Pandora saves my life a lot of days. I have tons of stations set up in many genres. The mobile app is also excellent.
  3. EWWWWWWW... and you people really should use the Recent Topics button and then string things together.
  4. Just thought I'd get it started early.
  5. The only correct way to know the placement of your property lines is to have it surveyed. It sounds like you need to make a call to Animal Control regarding the dog. You may find a survey already recorded at the courthouse. You'll need to go to the courthouse deed room and pull the deed. They can help you and will tell you if a plat has been recorded. If not, a survey is the only way. Once the survey is complete, take two copies of the new plat to the courthouse and have them recorded. Van Angel in Cedartown surveyed mine for $500 which included four pins placed and five copies of the plat. I
  6. He's a damn fine piano player. He really is. I liken him to the talents of Floyd Cramer. Subby plays in that slip note style and it's a very difficult thing to do. I've been amazed with his talents since the first time I heard him play.
  7. As a real estate professional I despise Zillow. It's incorrect more than it isn't. I cringe at the name. If you want a good assessment call an agent and have that person run comps. Or pay for an appraisal. Oh and pay off the higher interest rate loan first.
  8. Am I the only one that wants to know if the snake made it okay? I like snakes. I wish they had simply pulled over and let it slither away. It appeared to be very confused.

  13. Yessum...I remember. I wish I had thought to bring them to you Saturday night. I'll do my best. This one car thing is killing us.
  14. Well we are COVERED UP in tomatoes and I'll be glad to give you a jar.
  15. I promise not to recognize you on the street. Unless you're alone.
  16. Normally I would agree with you. This is one project I can get behind. You have to spend money to make money and I think this is a solid investment in the county. I really do.
  17. I'll send some to work with him tomorrow, but he'll have to be the one to remember to get it. I'll sleep between now and then. LOL
  18. I have to respectfully disagree with those that are opposed to this. This is a very good thing for the county. Movie studios don't just employ actors at $20 million a picture. They employee transportation, crew, craft service, janitors, costumers, make up artists, etc. Those people in turn spend dollars locally. All of those people that you don't hang around to read their names at the end of the film. As someone who worked in the industry for a decade, I can tell you this is a very good thing for the local economy. Georgia is quickly becoming Hollywood East and the fact that Paulding is doing
