    It is my understanding that is a federal law. All land line phones must have the capability to dial 911 no matter if you have land line service.

    I would tell you to go back through Pcom and search the various topics. Surepip has stated over and over how many times he was willing to settle and it was for far less at the beginning than what the county has now spent.

    I have failed to mention in our other conversations that J's best friend has been living and going to law school in Jacksonville for the last three years. She and her SO love it there. Although, she will be taking the Bar in GA because she wants to live in Savannah.

    Don't beat yourself up. I don't know anyone that works harder than you do to make sure you provide for your family AND spend time with them. Frankly I think you're super woman. I don't know how you do it.
