I had it a few years ago. #1 get orthotics to put in your shoes. #2 get a night splint (which I have a brand new one to sell) to wear at night #3 make sure you wear good shoes with support anytime you are not in bed. Do not go barefoot etc.

My 13 yr old went out on his bike looking for our stupid dog. He was gone, and gone, and gone. After about 30 min I started freaking out. I went looking for him in the neighborhood. Not finding him anywhere I called my BFF. Her and her family came over looking too . After about 45 min. she called the PCSD and asked them what was the next thing we should do. This lunchlady was crying like a baby at the game! I see the Pack boys everyday and they become "my boys" -- It was great to see the sportsmanship from both teams. Proud to Back the Pack even though they lost - it wasn't bad!
