Per her mom's FB status 45 seconds ago -- Kevin and I have won the Super Bowl...and are going to Disney World...Anna is doing great..4th floor PICU is a buzz. She may get the breathing tube removed today..which means we are well on our way to a full recovery. Anna will still remain in the hospital..we are not sure how long. We will have rehab, etc. but who cares she will be coming home. Table for 5 please!

Per her moms' facebook status.............Keep praying, prayer warriors!!!!!!! This is so hard to watch! Anna is waking up, she has tubes in her mouth and nose and everytime she sees me she sees me tears roll down her face. Kevin is holding her hand, because when she sees me she gets to worked up! It is great that she is waking up, but painful for parents who want to make it all go away!

Man wish I could do this -- I love the special needs population -- But I have a job that works with my kids school schedule -- maybe when they are grown!

ANNA UPDATE* PRAISE GOD!! Anna is off the ECMO machine!! She's breathing OK with the help of the ventilator. She'll still be unconscious and on quite a few meds, but she took a major step forward today.***THANK YOU FOR ALL THE PRAYERS!!!!***

Progress is the word in Anna's room -- the word was stable for so long -- Praise GOD !!!! Keep praying -- Anna's birthday is 2/28 pray she will be awake to celebrate turning 5!!! Jen (her mom) said once Anna gets home they are having a BIG celebration party at Bentwater field (where they had a prayer vigal for her a week or so ago) to celebrate Anna and to thank all of her ...MANY prayer warriors!!! Per her moms FB status...... Finally got a chance to meet with the doctors a little while ago. Anna is holding steady, which is really all they are looking for right now. They're hoping that the dialysis machine with start remove some of the fluid from her body (she's carrying 2 - 3 liters of excess right now). They've sent off samples of the stuff they extracted from her lung yesterday but don't really expect it to tell them much. If it was viral, then the antibiotics that she's been on have potentially killed it. If it's something bacterial, then it will take several days to determine. T

She is currently in the ICU at Egelston Hospital in a medically induced coma and breathing by ventilator. She is a spirited, spunky, and much loved little girl. Please join us in prayers to heal her. well we had leftover pork chops from last night, eggs, and biscuits for breakfast, homemade pizzas for lunch after I went to late church at West Ridge (which was PACKED but a GREAT SERVICE!!!!), hubby is painting dd room so I went and got subs from Publix for dinner since kitchen is a mess!!!

My daughter goes to Favorite Time off Hwy 92 at the Cobb Paulding line -- so far so good -- Heard good things about New Hope Childcare -- family took their daughter there -- GOOD LUCK!

I have some news, Kaylyn was spotted in Hiram a week ago begging for money on the side of 278. One of the people who gave her money called the police this morning. They are taking this serious, they have many unmarked cop cars in the area searching for her. Please take the time to look at this. I will e-mail anyone fliers. This came from a very good friend of mine -- She is friends with the mom of the missing girl -- This is not a hoax!!! First I wanted to thank EVERYONE who has contacted me. It DOES HELP to know there are people out there who genuinely care. Every day is struggle to remain calm and be strong for my other daughters and husband.
